This company does not stand by their products
This company does not offer returns for any reason. Their colors are completely different from what they advertise. Pretty cheap products for the price also. A company who does not have a money back guarantee is a shitty company. Don’t buy from this company because you will not be getting what they lead you to believe it is!

I am just too pale to wear this shade. But I am open to trying others. I like a bright eye effect. And this color in particular didn’t work for me

Budget friendly without compromising quality!
Colourpop is my absolute favorite. Their products are excellent quality for an artist and a consumer alike. Their prices do not break the bank either and I for one always appreciate that!

Unable to place order, customer support unhelpful
I've been unable to place an order for a week. It keeps getting cancelled. I've tried different payment methods, different cards, everything I could think of. Customer support has been unhelpful. I'm deeply disappointed as I've been looking forward to get something nice for my birthday.

Colourpop Customer service is top notch My pallets was in my mail box and I hadn't gotten it when there Customer service reached out asking how I like the product I told them I hadn't received it, they come back with all the tracking information without even being askedI went and grabbed it and when I say the color is amazing I mean its right up there with their customer service Great product great service I wish all companies worked like this
