I recently purchased Color Wow money…
I recently purchased Color Wow money mist. Im really dissapointed! It dried out my coloured hair instantly. Instead of lucious silky hair, i ended up with straw like parched strands. I had to put various oils into my hair to even be able to brush it! Wont be using again, its gone in the bin!

Horrible Product Please only use this if you want your…
Please only use this if you want your hair to feel the worst it ever has. Had my hair done in salon and they used so much of this product on my hair. Fast forward a few hours, and my hair was so tangled at the back, and I couldn’t get my brush through it. I washed next day as my hair felt dry, thick, sticky and terrible. Never again under any circumstances will it be going on my hair.

Customer service is awful
Customer service is awful! My impression of this company is they are only interested in making money and not the customers interests!! Unwilling to help me after a £63 order. I will not be ordering from this company again. Also looking at all the other reviews I think I’d better avoid using their products too!

Color Wow Stepped Up When Needed
I've been using Color Wow products for a year and some work absolutely fabulous for me and others not so much. Which is fair, because we don't all have the same type of hair. Mine is fine and lightly processed, and it looks amazing using their shampoo, conditioner, Money Masque, Money leave-in conditioner and Carb Infused Cocktail every day. I decided to try the Xtra Large Bombshell Volumizer product of theirs based on an influencer's recommendation and that caused my hair to break off all the way around the crown of my head. I had hair past my shoulders with the top part of my hair being 4" long after that disaster! I had to cut my hair much shorter and it still is funky. I reached out to Color Wow and they really stepped up to take care of me. They refunded me for the 3 bottles of product that I had recently purchased and additionally sent me the Money Masque and Money Mist as I mentioned it was helping me blend in the broken hair to the rest of my hair. I really love all the products I'm using and will not be trying anything new again...ever. Although I was super distraught about my hair breakage, I do feel that Color Wow did their best to make it right.

Package size/quantity reduced
I've been purchasing Colour Wow hairspray, texturing spray and the carbon cocktails for a few years and the products are great for my thin hair. Recently I purchased my usual order and noticed that the product sizes/quantity are reduced but paying the same or more : very disappointed at this.

I bought lots of the products after…
I bought lots of the products after style on steroids recommended by my hairdresser. That works but dries my hair out, dream filter I thought hadn't worked but two people asked me if I'd had my hair done. It also made my hair feel horrible and knotty and I had to cover in loads of my usual conditioner. My hair has been breaking a lot so after seeing the reviews I'm going to stop using most. Shine spray good. Dream coat no, shook, no, leave in conditioner not strong enough. Disappointed overall

Not for people of a certain age
My hairdresser friend got a selection of products so I had the opportunity to try without obligation over several months, using products in conjunction with each other or one offs.I have post menopausal, dull, thinning , shedding hair with coloured grey roots.Non of the products worked to either restore some thickness, add shine or reduce dryness of my hair… in fact many of them made more hair fall out and left a sticky residue.I therefore do not recommend any of these products to anyone of a certain age.

Hairspray smells like a soiled nappy
I ordered a few things from colour wow, the hairspray smells like a soiled baby nappy. Totally unusable, the smell is horrific. Using the xl spray and style on steroids caused so much breakage it was almost unbelievable. The whole lot was a total waste of money and will be going in the bin. It does not give anything remotely like the pictures on instagram. I made a comment on facebook , it was removed instantly. Terrible experience

Fake advertising
I have been looking at this product for a long time and wondered whether to buy or not, I bit the bullet and bought the dream filter pre shampoo and Xtra Large Bombshell volumiser. Absolute rubbish. My hair has come out flatter than with my current hair care products and really flyaway. I have very fine hair and this has made it worse. Going to have to wash and dry it again to sort it out. If you are thinking of buying ….DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY…ANYTHING YOU SEE ON THEIR WEBSITE AND SOCIALS IT IS FALSE INFORMATION AND FAKE! I have emailed this company, lo and behold. NO ANSWER I don’t think they are even looking a reviews or emails
