A special shout-out to Mélina for her exceptional assistance.I was delighted to discover this exceptional boutique in 2020. I indulged myself with fine jewellery, and not only did I thoroughly enjoy wearing them, but I also successfully sold them back to Collector Square. No regrets whatsoever. One can effortlessly source exquisite fine jewellery across all price points, suitable for every age. I wholeheartedly recommend this platform to every prospective client.I am conscious that the luxury pre-owned market may present the possibility of purchasing counterfeit items elsewhere. However, I consider the guaranteed authenticity and the hassle-free nature of subsequent resale facilitated through this same trusted boutique to be of significant value. It’s the bee's knees—well worth the investment.

I received my watch and it didn’t work!
I received my watch and, while it looked in good condition from the outside..I immediately realised that it didn’t work! I was so disappointed as it’s a very expensive watch and I had bought it as a special gift to myself. I had asked several questions before purchasing and was reassured that it was in impeccable condition. They claim to have checked it thoroughly before sending it but clearly they hadn’t. I’ve now sent it back and hope that at least the refund will be fast. Very bad experience overall!

I purchased a vintage LV bag
I purchased a vintage LV bag, and in the past have also bought Chanel. Service was excellent, i received a courtesy email making sure i understood the customs duties i could expect to the UK, and checking i wanted to proceed. Prices and quality of bags available still made this worth the price. Highly recommend

One thing is to have unprofessional operation but completely another is when extremely rude , uneducated, unprofessional people work for the company. Luxury is servis, not attitude.

The lady, Jessica, I converse with, is extremely polite, professional and very helpful.I have only entrusted the company to sell a few items for me,I have no buying experience.The expert team is not always 'expert' but that might simply be that there is a new kid on the block, which is not an issue, as in general people entrusting there items , have knowledge themselves about the item and can discuss this with the company and come to an agreement and if not, one simpy does not entrust them with the item.Some items sell extremely fast , some others do not, which again is normal, as one deals with market demand , price etc.Many thanks , Collector Square🙏

Highly recommend for luxury purchases in Paris
Had a wonderful experience purchasing my dream bag here with Frédérique! She is so welcoming, patient, and friendly, and the quality of the bags is top notch! Everything was actually in better condition in person than even described on their site. They also offer VAT tax refunds! Highly, highly recommend both this store and especially Frédérique and will be coming back to buy from her again on our next trip to Paris.
