I have never had a problem my items are always packed well arrive quickly and if any queries I get a quick reply and always helpful. I have bought a few things and can highly recommend COKODIVE for any K-pop items 5 stars in packaging, delivery, and quality.

After multiple emails of going back and forth and providing picture and video evidence I was not offered a full refund for a damaged product (was literally offered a mere $2 back). I asked them to expand on their policy to understand why they could not offer a full refund. I am sharing below since I would have loved to know this before ordering:Albums: "a full refund or return is generally only applicable if the CD, photobook, and all inclusions are damaged. The outer packaging (box, cover, and case) is considered protective rather than part of the album contents. Therefore, if the outer box is ripped, bent, or damaged, but the internal contents remain intact, the album is considered to be in "good condition," and compensation is typically limited to a partial refund at our discretion."Merch: "For other items such as keychains, lightsticks, and similar merchandise, sufficient damage for a full refund or exchange would include functional defects or breakage affecting usability or completeness, such as broken components, non-working electronics, or missing essential pieces. Cosmetic scratches or minor marks usually do not qualify for a full refund but may be considered for partial compensation depending on the severity."It's really a shame since I have ordered multiple times and had great previous experiences until now. Bottom line: if you want to risk it and get stuck with a damaged album you most likely won't get a refund then you can take your chances. If you would mind a scratched, torn or ripped album maybe look elsewhere. There are other sites that offer the same product slightly more expensive but at least the quality is guarenteed!

BEWARE. The customer service leaves a lot to say. My albums arrived damaged. They refused my request for a refund because they don't offer refunds for any damages found on the box of the album. Would not recommend unless you are willing to take a risk.

I had a terrible experience ordering from Cokodive.com. Not only were they extremely slow to ship, but their prices are already inflated compared to other K‑pop retailers. The worst part, though, is their complete lack of transparency around international customs fees.I live in the United States and was hit with an additional 25% charge of my order's amount from FedEx after my package was delivered. This fee was never disclosed at checkout, and it’s atop of the already high shipping costs CoKodive charges. They push all customs duties and import fees onto their customers without warning, which is deceptive.If you’re in the US, do yourself a favor and shop with other merchants who don’t blindside you with hidden import fees. Shame on me for falling victim to these practices -- and on them for preying on unknowing US customers. AVOID COKODIVE!!

I received a scratched light stick with a ripped box, which was clearly damaged during shipping. I spent hours documenting the issues, responding to Cokodive's multiple requests for different unboxing videos and photo evidence. Despite jumping through every hoop, Cokodive refused to acknowledge the damage or offer a replacement, insisting I accept the damaged lightstick at full price. They refused to escalate the issue with FedEx or the manufacturer on my behalf.They eventually refunded the item, but not the shipping. I won't be buying from Cokodive ever again! They probably returned the lightstick and pocketed the money themselves. Horrible, greedy company that does not care about kpop fans!

I pre-ordered some items from Cokodive in October and from reading other reviews I was worried about cancellations, extra charges to the UK and slow delivery. Thankfully my items arrived within a few days of shipping with no further charges making them much cheaper than anywhere else even with shipping fees included. Customer service were excellent with my enquiries and I couldn’t be happier with my items. Will definitely use in the future.

Amazing service. My first time buying from Cokodive and was nervous with the mixed reviews regarding timeframes for delivery. I purchased Ddangyo Mighteez Plush Cushion on the 5th December and it arrived in Scotland on the 12th December. Really well packaged and super quick delivery. I will definitely be using Cokodive again 🙌🏻

Pre- ordered an album using their black Friday discount and bought one other item. A week later with no explanation, my album was refunded, but I was still left with a $12 item and the $25 shipping cost. I contacted them and explained I wasn't going to purchase this item on it's own, and could I purchase a different version of the album. They said I could cancel the order and choose a different album, therefore losing the discount and the other item I was buying which is now sold out. Completely ridiculous to just cancel the order without offering a change of album first. Won't risk ordering with them as I've seen other reviews saying their items were cancelled even later and then they've missed out on sold out items.Customer service were really polite and helpful, it's the company that's the problem. Looking back at the emails, really seems like they're written by chat gpt, and would come through in a couple of minutes, so the great customer service is most likely AI.
