Unfortunately missing items in my…

Unfortunately missing items in my order. Nice parts overall but 2 important parts which i need for my motorcycle, paid them but they didn't send to me. also own 2 more bikes and need stuff from them but i am a bit confused to order again. Order number was 01976263

I requested a last minute change to my order after it was made, and the customer support team updated my order and gave me a partial refund for the difference. Parts arrived promptly, excellent service.

What an abysmal shower of a company…

What an abysmal shower of a company this lot are as they don't respond when you want to return an item that won't fit my motorcycle. order 01976335Having charged an astronomical price for shipping it's not a company that I would recommend. Customer service gets no stars whatsoever as they go silent when you have an issue and looking at other poor revues I'm not the only one. Isn't it strange that CMSNL can manage to reply very quickly to a poor review on Trustpilot but not directly to myself thus giving the impression that anyone reading there reply that they are doing something about my complaint. What a surprise CMSNL have been in touch today to try and solve my problem. Lets hope everything can be resolved to my satisfaction.13/4/2026 Today I was informed I will receive a full refund including postage and also not have to send the part back due to high shipping costs. Thank you Sven for your efforts in resolving my issues.

It is now the second time I am ordering…

It is now the second time I am ordering on this site. First time they couldn’t deliver and refunded the payment, but after several weeks of waiting time. Now it is happening again. I have asked why they don’t ship my order and they say one of the items is trapped from USA to EU, but they will ship the rest of the order. Several days has now passed and they still haven’t shipped the rest of the order. I have created multiple tickets but they stay silent. Order ID: 01966808

Not a good company to deal with; very impersonal customer service.

My order invoice 1599922,was submitted on March 9, 2026. I expected the item on March 13. It got held up in customs in Indiana due to Fedex needing additional documentation from CMS NL so that the package can be released and on its why to my residence. That never happened. After numerous attempts via the portal as well as a long distance phone call that costed me a lot of money, I was told byVictoria that it would be resolved and Fedex would release the item to me. Now I Get notice from Fedex that it has been retuned back. This is not acceptable and I do not know if CMS. NL. is to blame and/or Fedex. I would think once the additional customs form was sent to Fedex I would have already received the item. But instead CMSNL and Fedex go behind my back and not communicate with me of what happened and I am upset with this. I am also disputing the charge with my bank as well because it's a lot of money to lose for an item I cannot find here locally for my motorcycle. Someone needs to step. up and make this right because more customers will be lost in the future if this miscommunication and poor customer service continue.

The website looks good But The…

The website looks good But The communication is so bad, I think this site is a scam and I feel like I have lost my money, It's been 4 weeks now and the parts have not been shipped No refund for the combined shipping. So disapointed
