I know that the guys and girls work hard in this company and I know that I have time given to each client. I am one of the clients who requires a little more attention because I am not well acquainted with everything and I want to apologize toAsadullah because once again he showed understanding and helped me. Accidental Click = Instant Charge (No Refund)
I’m really disappointed with Cloudways.I’ve been using them for a while and honestly, everything was fine until 2 days ago. On the dashboard, there’s a box on the top right called “Client Billing & Reporting.” I was just curious about what it is, so I clicked on it.While checking the details, I accidentally clicked the “Select Plan” button and that was it. No confirmation, no warning, nothing. I got charged immediately.I was shocked, but at first I thought okay, maybe this can be sorted out. Most professional companies would handle something like this fairly.So right after getting charged (and without even using the service), I requested a cancellation and refund. And their reply was:“Refund is only possible if you have faced any downtime in the server operations or malfunctioning of the add-ons.”Seriously?No confirmation step before charging, and then refusing a refund even though it was clearly a mistake and the service wasn’t used at all?Honestly, it feels like a trap. Really disappointed with how this was handled.

Service is great, but support is awesome.My website had a DoS attack, Hamza Sherazi from support was experienced enough to tell where it's pointing, and suggested/implemented 2 layers of security measures to be added to prevent/stop it.
