A very cool piece of kit
This is actually a very cool piece of kit. I am using it both for regularly use of herb but also as an extremely effective propagator for my greenhouse / polytunnel.The "grow your own" pots are very good.Customer services is extremely responsive. I had help from Kai when first getting started.A great experience and I will be back for more!

Do not waste your money on this!!
What a disappointment this product is. I followed all the instructions to the letter and yet lettuce was so bitter it was inedible. 3 pods grew nothing at all for tomatoes. 1 tomatoe pod grew 3 tomatoes. I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my money.

Really like this garden
I've had such good returns on the pods I ordered. Everything growing well and I am about to harvest the first of my mini tomatoes. A treat to see the tiny tomatoes grow and ripen. I've not had to buy lettuce at the store since the pods grew enough for a good salad almost every day. I was careful to hand pollinate the tomatoes and used a small paintbrush to do that. A little poke daily while the flowers bloomed seems to be enough. I'm happy enough with the results to order different things each time one of the pods has done it's job and needs to be replaced.

Great customer service
Great customer service, prompt response. The products are great and good quality. The only cons is the accessories are always out of stock.

If you like flowers all year round….
Everything I have attempted to grow, has grown. My focus has been on the flowers and they have all done amazingly well and they last for months. Some were slow starters and would be puny for quite a while but then they seem to settle into their pod and -BOOM - growth spurt and flowers soon follow - lots of flowers. Have just put a wild strawberry into play - the first non-flower - and my fingers are crossed it does well.

The only plant that grew was basil. Three chive pods and 2 mint pods never germinated.

I really love your plant growing station..
I really love your plant growing station. It is very convenient, efficient, and beautifully designed — it looks perfect in my kitchen.My only suggestion would be to offer mixed packs of 3 pods (for salads, herbs, and flowers). That would make it easier to try a wider variety of plants.I also wanted to ask if there is a solution in case a seed does not germinate. This has happened to me several times with cherry tomatoes.And the special marker or labels in set would be a value.

Great Customer Service
Firstly, Kai in Customer Service was a huge help when I messed up my order. That is so rare nowadays. I didn't open the box until after we returned from vacation and I was missing a pod cover. No problem, Kai sent me three at no charge. So appreciated.And the excitement now of watching everything grow is the best feeling ever. I have all these little mini herbs growing and the excitement everyday is so fun. Thanks for a great experience all around.
