It does a lot BUT.....
It has a lot of features that are handy, but have to keep Google play protect off on target phone. The features don't work all the time. There's a considerable lag in information updates. It KILLs the phone fast. It can't see any of the social apps and what not if done in browser. Email doesn't load right. Doesn't record if they're talking over anything other than the phone itself. Location can be vague at times. And some other things I'm sure I'm missing rn. You won't find my account under this name or email....

This company is total garbage
This company is total garbage. I bound the phone for services but it didn't stay bound. My daughter ended up going out and getting drugged by some guy and was lucky to find her way home. I'll never trust this crappy app again. They had no problem taking my money but doing what they claimed they couldn't get it right. Sad

Avoid, unless you want to lose money. It does not work as advertised. Besides that, the way it is promoted is very suspicious as well. for example, they will advertise you have a promotion of yearly subscription for only 49.99. then when you provide your credit card, suddenly 100+ dollars is deducted. and later on when you ask for an explanation, they tell you that 49.99 is a small part of the plan, but in order to subscribe for the program itself you need to pay 100+ dollars. that's like Mcdonalds advertising burgers for 50 cents but when you order one youre asked to pay a few dollars because that 50 cents only refers to the lettuce inside.after their reply, nobody contacted me. so theyre just putting on some "show" to let people think they care.

Im happy with the KidsGuard Pro…
Im happy with the KidsGuard Pro program,it does it job as promised,I wish it wouldnt be necessary to access the target device everytime it needs an update. Also the voice messages on instagram still are not working at me,even if i reinstalled the program. Customer service is reliable. Since i started used this program, Sara was very helpful and prompt. I always appreciate her faat response and help. Definitely recommend it
