Profits over people
I’ve ordered from clearly forever. Usually you get a little gummy bear treat with your contacts order and I didn’t receive. Also, my first contact out of the box was folded and then completely warped. I also recently bought glasses from clearly and they were very large on my face, when I took them to the clearly storefront in the mall they said I would need to pay $10 go an adjustment. I’ve never paid for an adjustment in my life, even when I’ve gone to a glasses store where I didn’t purchase the glasses from there. I feel like the quality is going down but the costs are rising when this used to be an afforadable and accessible eye ware retailer.

Back ordered until September for a sample you offered I called in, the whole thing got canceled. I reordered paid extra for overnight shipping. And was assured it would be shipped even over the long weekend. Received 5 days later.

Josh was great when I called in for help!!Fast delivery from clearly!!Delivery company is not so impressive, our house takes a bit of effort to get to (nothing too difficult) the delivery company left my package at a house not even close to our house, I’m assuming out of laziness, the house number was clearly not ours. I had to go searching for my parcel.Clearly is great though!! However I didn’t get my gummies!?!?😆
