I ordered a seat belt kit and never received it. CJ indicated that the kit in the color I wanted had a 6 week delivery time but when it was ordered I was told it was in stock. I asked them to send a different color instead that they said was in stock and it was also not shipped. This has been going on now for almost one month. Now they are saying they are waiting to get a credit from their supplier before they can process my order for the substitute black seat belt kit. I have paid in full for the belt kit you would think that in the interest in keeping a customer happy they would ship the item and not make me wait for what really is an internal business problem between CJ and one of their suppliers. I am very dissatisfied with their performance and probably will never order anything from them again.

I bought an aluminum Dash bezel for my classic c15 truck. I have yet to receive the item. So requested a refund . I would told that i had to wait until they received the item even when they could see i never received it. Also the return doesn't include my shipping even though i never received the package. What a scam.

Missing parts in an interior kit. "Customer service lady was quite rude and short, "we can't do anything about it we have to send it to our vendors!"Not a company that wants return customers!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Purchased a SCT tuner and they refused to give refund on a totally factory sealed box. I could understand if it had been opened but it has not. Will NEVER buy from there again.....

Sold me over $350 worth of car parts online. Did not send all the items and DID NOT have a packing list. I tried to work with customer service, who are hard to reach and promised to look into but never heard back after FIVE queries. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

I received 4 magnum 500 wheels not even a week ago. When they arrived they looked fine. But on the outside of the boxes it said Made in China. NO where on the website did they say they were made in China. Also stamped on the inside China. Very misleading. I know many items are made there but should be specified. So disappointed. I would even pay more for made in USA.

Really bad experience buying from CJ PONY PARTS. The customer service is terrible. I bought an item, they sent to another state and when I called them to ask my refund they said it wasn’t with them. I should search for an extend shipping warranty and figure it out myself. Long history short: lose my money and never saw the item !

was told my front end parts would be here jan 5th, just shipped mid feb, so 40 days late and have the nerve to charge $330 for shipping, refund my shipping cost or i'm going on all my classic truck forums and bad mouth you for years to come.

Horrible experience with this place every time I try and buy a part for a 2001 mustang they never have it. or it's on back order. I will never try and buy anything ever. The Sad part is there business is shrinking over time. And they lose another customer ..horrible business this is. Auto zone has my parts and there not even a retro parts company. Bye bye. ...all these negative reviews. I should have known better.see this company is loosing every quarter. Lol
