Will Not rush back !
Went to the kingston upon Thames branch , queued for 15 mins then our order was taken at the door, got to the counter and paid then had to find a table ! Luckily found one upstairs, service was so slow! Waited over 30 mins b4 a young server apologised about messing up our order, waffle fries were soggy and stone cold and the deluxe chicken burger was very bland and boring! Lemonade was not bad tho! The bun was too soggy ! Will not rush back !

Dropped a catering order for a family…
Dropped a catering order for a family party online. Process was simple, the food was ready at the time I requested and the person that helped me was super nice (not always the case with fast food places). Would definitely do it again.

I was charge twice on my credit card…
I was charge twice on my credit card for a large Lemonade contact some young girl name Megan who was very disrespectful towards me when I tried to explain to her the transaction. Now because she's pissed me off I won't be going back to this location Bwk Ga again. Megan really needs more training in Customer Service before she ends up getting this company sued. Hunter the young man that brought my drink to my card was awesome his parents raised him very WELl

Kingston upon Thames store
Went to the new UK store in Kingston-upon-Thames, oh my god what a complete mess!! Waited in line for 10 minutes to get served but alas that’s the good part. Waited over 30 mins to collect my order, excuse was it got lost in the system…what!! Waited with majority of the rest of the people in the store as the service was so slow, but yet employees & management were hanging around chatting & laughing. Eventually I got my food and on the positive side, the food was great, top quality and fresh. Pitty about the customer service (or lack of it).

First time at Chik Fil A
First timer here at a Chik Fil A, at Detroit Metro Airport #6107. To start, it was credit only! I should have walked away as I want to use CASH. I ordered a meal, I guess to call it...sandwich, fries, drink. I asked for coffee. At least the server was honest, said it wasn't fresh, been sitting since morning, and asked if I wanted an iced coffee instead. I said sure. ( tho curious how I can get iced and not hot coffee) But I wasn't informed it would be additional $3.51 charge. Or they could have credited me the price of the included drink, or small up charge for the iced coffee, but why? It was coffee, cream and ice. Food was pretty good for fast food, tho expensive. I wanted to leave a review, as mentioned on the receipt, but only able to do so to scan the box code (QR?), which I don't use, know how, or care to know how. Strike 1....payment method. Strike 2...coffee / silent upcharge. Strike 3...difficult to leave a review

I went to the Chick-fil-A at…
I went to the Chick-fil-A at superstition Springs Mall. Order just the original chicken sandwich. First off it looked nothing like the picture. Secondly, if you’re gonna be named after a chicken sandwich or about chicken, your chicken sandwich should be the best it could possibly be. Mine looked like you took a fillet of fish from McDonald’s took the fillet out and just put an even thinner piece of chicken in there. That’s what mine look like. I think you should be ashamed to even serve something like that. If you go to Walmart, they have this place called “one kitchen “that serves food from like 15 different places. They know how to make a chicken sandwich. And it doesn’t cost any more than yours did. I’ll never eat at Chick-fil-A again. What a total waste. I don’t know what the big trip everybody has about this being so good. I find it to be mediocre at best.

The food arrived cold and not very good…
The food arrived cold and not very good at all. The dog would not even eat it. I asked for a replacement, not even a refund! They could not even accommodate this! I will not be ordering from here again, and probably will express my disappointment with friends and family!

Chick fa la is a great place to eat
Chick fa la is overall an amazing fast food place from chicken nuggets to mac and cheese and many other food items. Chick fa la is a really yummy place to eat but i would only rate it about four stars because they get your order wrong sometimes and theres always really long lines, its amazing that you are accomponied by a worker and not just a system to order with because those can get really stressful and annoying.
