The bank that likes to CHASE and harass you!!!

I previously wrote a review to highlight the fact you cannot set up a direct debit payment to settle your credit card.Now I write to highlight Chase are incapable of applying the due payment to your credit card account. I paid in the money 3 weeks ago, provided screenshots from my bank account, confirmed both accounts details (destination and source accounts), provided the 37 digit faster payment ID and still they are unable to trace the payment. However here’s the curious bit, on the advice of my bank I sent an additional ‘test’ payment through using the same bank account and payee details for just £1, and it arrived safely!Chase have inundated me with both condescending and demeaning messages, demands for minimum payment, applied late payment charges and more recently suspended the account. If anyone from Chase reads this-please chase up and sort it out please!Anyone else reading this, save yourself the stress and avoid the bank that likes to CHASE and harass you!!!!!

Log in Issues

Every month its the same problem logging in to make a payment. For the first 3 days of trying to log in the system just idles and does absolutely nothing. Miraculously on the day that the payment is due, Chase System allows you to log in. At this point, I will be requesting that a paper bill be mailed to me. This is so ridiculous and beyond annoying.

Bad business

Unfortunately, my husband opened an account with Chase. I set up a reoccurring payment for our car. But Chase did not pay them and decided to move the payment to the next month on the first when we would not be paid yet. Don’t bank with Chase if you read this don’t bank with Chase. Not only that they outsource their customer service and I get three different answers for the same problem

Worst bank ever

I Wish Someone at Chase Would Truly Listen — It Felt Like I Was Being Pushed Toward Bankruptcy

I am writing this review to share my experience and hopefully be heard.I have been a long-time customer, and recently I went through a very difficult and confusing process with my accounts. A series of actions and restrictions significantly impacted my ability to operate my business and manage my cash flow. As a result, I faced serious financial pressure.What made this experience even more challenging was the lack of clear communication and the inability to speak with someone who could fully review and understand my situation. I made multiple attempts to explain what was happening, but I never felt that my case was carefully evaluated.At times, it felt like the system was working against me rather than supporting a long-term customer. I am still doing my best to recover and continue my business.I believe situations like mine deserve more attention, transparency, and human review. I sincerely hope that Chase improves how complex cases are handled and ensures customers have a fair opportunity to be heard.

I only stuck with Chase because they…

I only stuck with Chase because they had ATMs in Walgreens back in the day when I drove a truck I should have left him a long time ago but now of course after 20 plus years with them I needed to increase on my credit but because I retired even though I have plenty of money in the bank, paid off property they tell me they can't do anything STAY AWAY I should have left them a long time ago once I didn't need ATMs but I stuck around like a dumbass get out of Chase never join Chase they're not worth it after 20 years of paying my bills on time they can't help me bye-bye!

Estate checking accounts

My complaint is really about bank procedure, not with individual bankers. For the past 3 weeks I have been attempting to open an estate checking account. This bank has no clear protocol for how to open such an account. The banker I am dealing with currently cannot get a clear answer on procedure from those in a position of power to help. Estate accounts are common and I have to think people need to create them every day. That Chase cannot provide clear guidance for both their bankers and their clients is pathetic.

Don’t get credit cards from Chase. Unethical and deceptive.

Was a customer for many years. Got tired of one sided and unethical treatment. Last incident. I inquired about a credit card. I have near perfect credit rating and never a late payment with Chase in many years of doing business. After I said I was considering a particular card, they asked a few questions and came back with a very high interest rate and nominal credit limit. I figured it wasn’t a good fit. Little did I know that they, without my permission, signed me up for the card and added it to my account. Very deceptive tactics. I removed all my business from Chase. Why do companies think that being deceptive and unethical is a good long term business model?

Chase processed two transactions …

Chase processed two transactions through my account , as I told them only one was necessary for payment, first they said , I needed to wait for transactions to post through , now they are telling me They need to check with merchant, to see if both were supposed to be paid , I am feed up with the way , my account has been handled, and its unacceptable, behavior on their part They need to do better at handling claims " They have cause me and my family much stressors " ..not good " ...Take responsibility and pay back what you owe to the customer and do what's right " ..👍👏 ...

Chase Bank USA quite possibly have the rudest customer service representatives ever. I’ve called them twice because they’re threatening to close my account for no reason and they are of no information or help what-so-ever. F Chase!!!!
