Ordered a pair of running shoes on Thursday (despite all the negative reviews here), got the shipping confirmation on Friday, and received the package today (Tuesday of the following week). Received what I ordered and had it delivered super fast: great experience!

I ordered two sets of an item and received only one. Called customer service but was met with indifference after waiting an hour to speak to a person. He called the store from where the items were shipped (Charlotte, NC) but the store did not answer. He then said for me to wait 3-4 days and they would try calling again. I asked for the number to the store and called them myself. To make a long story not so long, I went back and forth from calling the store to calling customer service. CS said they had to open up an investigation and for me to wait 4-5 days. They really do not care about their customers. I may have lost my money because I have no faith that anyone will follow up on this. I will never purchase anything from their stores.

If i could have gave them no stars i would. The worst experience ever with champs that I've ever had I'm so damn mad. And i will not be spending another dollar with them or any company they are affiliated with! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I visited champs sports in Downey - Stonewood mall a few days ago. And saleswoman Faith needs to work on her customer service and co. worker skills. Her lack of communication capabilities need improving.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option! AWFUL!!!! Placed an order back in November 2025 for my kids for christmas. Order has still not shipped and it's February 2026. You cannot contact a real person, I have been trying for 2 weeks to contact someone to send my money back. I finally get an automated email back today saying that too much time has passed and there is nothing they can do!!! 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I’m from Winnipeg and when I went to the champs at polo park mall the salesman named Wasif. It was the best experience I have ever had. He was great!

Ordered an item for Christmas returned and they received the package on January 2nd was advised that it would take two weeks to see a refund, after 2 weeks told it would be an additional one to two weeks after sitting on the phone for multiple half hour conversations still no resolution nor have I received any communication that they've received the package the refund is in process anything the only information I got was after calling and sitting on hold for 30 minutes with no resolution it is 2026 you have to be able to do better than this! never again!

ONLINE order, fast delivery. however, goods still attached the security tag on it. Drove 20km to the nearest store.. not even one staff seems willing to help. explained the situation to a "poker faced" staff. he grabbed the goods, ran to counter.. remove the tag and rudely dumbed the product on their counter and walked away. No greetings, no sorry, not even a word from the staff. So I just get my good and walk back to my car. Sad service and wish them luck on their business.

Fed Ex lost the shoes I ordered, champs replaced them and had them delivered in less than 24 hours.
