Really bad often they send for example…
Really bad often they send for example a par of trousers thathave been turned up and are crazy short for a midget then you have to pay 30 euros to send back the faulty product, many times they have sent obviously defect products and you can not talk to them. You just have to pay a lot to send them back. Once i paid around 300 euros for burberry trousers that never came and they just messed me about for months with emails that they will look into it never got them and never got the refund i was basically robbed and i have all the email correspondence . Disgusting but sometimes i still buy there as sometimes they have good stuff.

A very poor overall experience
A very poor overall experience. I missed a delivery leading it to be returned to Cettire. They refused to reship the item (even with me covering all costs), and charged shipping, duties, taxes (!) and a restocking fee. All that even with my offering to cover the costs to reship the item. I’m sure it’s in the small print that these are the policies but also any reasonable luxury purchase would work with customers to reach some type of resolution and Cettire was unresponsive and when they did respond were curt and rude.

Factory seconds
My original review was removed for some reason. I’m a big Diesel fan so as u can imagine I’ve been buying this brand left and right. I bought Diesel products straight from their website, their store in Toronto and from CETTIRE. For the longest time I could not put my finger on how they can have the same product for sometimes 20-30% off and these are current style actively selling on the brand website. After buying at least 8 times from CETTIRE, all the same brand Diesel, I can tell you that the product is either has an issue with size which means it’s not medium instead it’s smaller or the zipper for a training top is ends up to the left to ur waist, meaning is faulty. These products have issues and somehow these people found the way and resell them to the public. This review is from a real costumer I have pictures and receipts to prove my claim. Do not remove this review!
