I have had the lovely Francesca help…
I have had the lovely Francesca help regarding an issue and she has been beyond helpful and kind. Francesca resolved the issue very quickly and it was dealt with great professionalism and she was so understanding - Thank you for all your help, you are such an asset to the company :)

Delayed
My package had been delayed and hadn’t arrived in awhile. I had gotten in contact with Cernucci and Beth was brilliant. She helped resolve the matter and was so lovely.

The best brand has to be cernucci, very good quality and a great selection. I already ordered like over 30 times.Never got disappointed!

Wouldn’t recommend
Ordered multiple tracksuits to try different styles and materials, then decided on which one to keep.Wore the tracksuit once, all great! Then after washing the tracksuit the bottoms had shrunk in the leg length, meaning they were now too short to wear! As I had followed all of the instruction on the care label, I reached out to customer care as surely the item (especially due to the cost) should have lasted longer.First I was advised there was nothing they could do as it had passed numerous tests, I am still awaiting the information on said tests and results. Once I asked for these I was then offered a credit note. Certainly couldn’t recommend the brand, due to the cost I would have expected a better quality a longer lasting product.

I would avoid this website at all cost
I would avoid this website at all costs. The jewellery is terrible will probably get better quality in Claire’s. Not to mention you pay a shipping fee to have it delivered if you don’t spend over a certain amount and then to return this terrible quality jewellery they also charge you. I spent £55 and I’m getting £44 back. This is possibly the worst company I have ever brought from. Will never buy from here again. Never have I brought from a company and LOST money. Be aware none of this is real silver or gold they charge silver and gold prices for stainless steel. You’re better off going on Ali express or temu for the same quality they sell. Oh and 8 days ago I sent my return of and still have not got this terrible refund in my bank.
