Excellent Products at Great Prices & Top Class Customer Service
Excellent products at great prices and excellent customer service. Bought a set of four Canon 045H cartridges with rapid next day delivery.Especially wish to mention Sam from Customer Services who clarified the invoice being received after the goods had been delivered. Excellent service from Sam, who called immediately to explain.

Cartridge People's customer service…
I have used Cartridge People's compatable ink cartridges for some time-very good quality.I recently had a printer problem which highlighted a cartridge fault. I contacted Cartridge People/George about the issue. I received a reply on Bank Holiday Monday ! The cause of the fault was a defective cartidge. George acknowledged the problem immediately and sent a replacement cartridge. Excellent customer service.

Help with some of my ink cartridges
I had problems with some of my ink catridges. I contacted Liam at Cartridge People who assisted me to get my printer up and running.He provided me with a quick turnaround in getting my ink catridges and replacing those I had problems with.A very good job well done.

Aggressive sales
I have used CP for many, many years proof, if needed, of my total satisfaction. But yesterday something really disturbing happened. The company's sales team delayed my order while they messaged and rang me, twice, to try to persuade me to change my order from canon to there own brand. And they were quite strident in their approach. Supposedly they wanted to save me money. But their ad pops up every time I add to basket, so if I'd wanted them I would have bought them.Surprisingly, or not, when I suggested they could add a free sample for me to try they were not the least bit interested. I seriously think this is way over the top and does their reputation no good.

Very satisfied
I sent in an email query about ink cartridge capacity ( I had failed to notice when I ordered!! ) I had a very nice email from Marianne, giving me the information I requested. I am pleased that the response was quicker than I expected and seeing as it’s a bank holiday weekend.

Answered phone immediately and spoke to real people in the Uk !! Simon B and Simon H couldn’t have been more helpful with my query. Emailed the info I needed to get my printer working with their compatible cartridges straightaway . Highly recommend this company

Difference in prices
Ordered a multipack of HP cartridge at what I thought was a good price. I noticed later that I could have purchased them for less if I had just gone to the Web site. Contacted Phil as Customer Service who sorted out a refund for the difference. £7.18
