Useless fraudsters
Useless and are still taking monthly money even when I have tried to get in touch several times to cancel. Fraudsters. Avoid.

Career.io is a SCAM
PS: Career.io RETALIATED for this review and shut off my access. These are the most petty, unprofessional people I have ever encountered.Even though the public response below from Career.io appears apologetic, their actual customer service has continued to gaslight me over email.The reverse recruiting service is a SCAM. There is no reverse recruiting team. They use AI. And they use it poorly at that. Every single cover letter they sent out was not signed with a human name. Instead, it was signed "Refreshed Resume." On top of that, they failed to fix this problem despite weeks of emailing their support team.Furthermore, they were not able to accurately send out resumes. After weeks of working with them, they continued to send out a version of my resume that was multiple years old, despite my having promptly informed them of the issue. Support could not have cared less and made no attempt to fix the issue.You'd be better off using an AI tool like Simplify to fill out resumes than pay for Top Resume's reverse recruiting service.Trying to talk to support was like a Kafka-esque, passive-aggressive nightmare. There is clearly no coordination among the resume-writing teams, the platform operator, and the support representative. What struck me most was how unapologetic and snide they were. They subtly tried to shift the blame back to me whenever they made a mistake or there was a platform glitch.I would not recommend this service to anyone.

HORRIBLE Customer Service
HORRIBLE Customer Service! I paid for the $299 service plus LI redo. Not knowing what is a good resume and what is and what is not, so I thought it was good and approved it. Once I started applying, I have gotten no interviews out of 80-90 apps and have received much feedback that the resume doesn't represent me well. Once you have it written by Top Resume, which is Career.io you can't have a rewrite for 3 months. Try and reach out to customer support from your dashboard..... good luck with that!

High-fee subscription
Well, now they only have the 29$ subscription option, even if all I did was modify a sentence on my resume and wanted to download. Will edit in Word, thank you very much.
