Absolutely loved our portrait
I ordered a portrait of my grandson‘s dog that had passed away as a gift for him. This was his first dog he had ever had, and all of our hearts were just broken by his passing. I thought maybe this way my grandson could keep a piece of him just as another remembrance. the portrait was wonderful and my grandson truly loved it

Pictures for bathroom remodel
The process is pretty simple as far as uploading the pictures you want and making minor edits. Getting to approve the final pictures before they are printed is a plus too. The pictures were very securely packaged for shipping and arrived safely and look great. But the pictures are not inexpensive.

Great print reproduction
Great print reproduction! We transferred and oil on canvas painting and the colors were an exact match with NO adjustments needed. I'd opt for the thicker frame next time.

Horrible quality control and worse customer service
If you are looking for quality work or undamaged canvases on the first try, stay away. I have ordered hundreds of canvases from this company over the years, but something has fundamentally broken in their production and management recently. My last order was 68 canvases and all arrived with some frame or surface damage. Gone are the days of simple reprints. They now make you jump through hoops even when the damage is obvious.It is a shame to see a once-great company treat a loyal partner this way. I will be taking my busines elsewhere.

My canvas arrived with the canvas torn
My canvas arrived with the canvas torn. The plastic and box were not cut so I believe it was damaged before it was packaged.Customer Service was very helpful and issued a refund as I didn’t want another canvas at this time.

My picture turned out just right
My picture turned out just right! I love that this company has a graphic designer check your project, giving helpful suggestions to improve the image. In my case, my photo was a bit uneven which was corrected. Wonderful result!
