Very poor experience with painful blistering
I bought a pair of sandles three days ago. I wore them for an hour and they tore up the back of my ankles. I realized I could not wear them and so attempted to bring them back. I brought them back to the purchase store and they denied me stating they could not return of worn. The women was super apologetic after seeing the backs of my ankles but only directed me to the customer service #. I called them to be told I could not return and they would give me a $20 credit to their store. The shoes were $60. I told them I didn’t want their store credit as I would never be purchasing from them again. Any store with any integrity would have given a refund.

We only wanted to change the color, but they demanded an extra $17 just because it was bought on sale. What a shame.

Customer service in store was great…
Customer service in store was great when we purchased shoes. We bought them the last week of August before school and by mid November both soles of the shoes cracked right into the insude if the shor on the ball of the foot, very poor quality. I'm past the 60 day mark for manufacture defects and they wont do anything about it. I didnt not keep my receipt because they take my phone number at purchase so I thought that kept our purchases on file.

Great Vegan boots, not so great Customer Service
I ordered in store and received an email to fill out a survey about my experience for a discount code. My discount code did not work. I reached out to customer service and was told that I should just wait for a sale or fill out another survey to get another code, rather than just giving me a replacement code for the one I already earned.

They shipped used shoes
I ordered from them in christmas season and they send me both heels used there soles were pretty dirty. And one heel was properly damaged. Never buying from them ever again

I don't write reviews a lot but I feel like this is my obligation to write about this company. I bought two pairs of shoes a little over 30 days. After 3rd or 4th time wearing Shoes started cracking from heal. When I contacted to the store and guest care both they didn't bothered to do anything regarding the damaged shoes saying that we wouldn't be able to do anything it's over 30 days. I would say its just waste of money to buy anything from them. I just waisted $160 with them

Product is excellent but customer service terrible
I went to Call It Spring store 4th time within a month to buy some promotional items. Only once I've had a wonderful experience and another three times were terrible. Today was the worst! I left the store after 20 minutes waiting for the young lady (it looked like she was the only one there working today) bringing me the boots and runners in my size. She didn't bring me any and went up and down talking to another customers not paying attention to me and my daughter when we sat there for such a long time. They should be trained better.

Buyer be aware. Do not purchase shoes from this company
I bought a pair of loafers at the Dufferin Mall Call it Spring location. The sales girl gave me a floor model in a 6 and half size. I used the shoes for one day and found out they were not fitting properly. I went to return it to the Eaton Center location, since the Dufferin mall location did not have a size 6 The sales staff insisted not to return the shoes and said they would exchange them for me, so I agreed. Took them home tried them in the house and they were too tight, so I brought they back to the Eaton center location for a refund. The sales girls refused to return them claimed that the shoes were used they did not even call a supervisor or a manager but made the decision themselves, they did not even have name tags on. When I asked one of them what was their name? she replied they "do not disclose personal information"So I asked for the customer service no only to find out they are completely useless and disinterested to help or provide any customer service. When I did ask the agent why don't the sales people wear any name tags he replied "they should, but that is not his responsibility it the managers of the store". Nobody is taking any responsibility. I also asked to be transfered to a manager or a supervisor he said" they did not have anyone at the call center with that authority". Buyer be aware do not purchase shoes from this company you will only be left disappointed.
