Easy partner for a DIY project

Their website was very easy to navigate and find the right part. It was a European angled hinge by Salice and was very difficult to find at other stores. CP fulfilled the order perfectly and got it to me within two days. I’m very happy with them!

Very Expensive returns

I called Customer service before I placed my order because I knew I was ordering samples to view different options. I explained I wanted to see the hardware in person. They offered me “free shipping” and easy returns. Not true at all! Each order comes in multiple packages so returns have to go back the exact same way. No one explained this, and it does not explain all of the multiple packages on their website. I understand you have to pay return shipping, but I was charged for multiple shipping labels. I placed two orders for $912 paid $106 in return shipping labels!

You were recommended by an experienced…

You were recommended by an experienced cabinet maker. I have no experience so was difficult not to have any explanation for installing but more important no reference for adjusting. Then ran out of screws!

Great Customer Service

I ordered a small "left track" part and was incorrectly sent a "right track" part. When I contacted Cabinetparts.com customer service they immediately acknowledged the error and sent the correct part. Their willingness to fix an error was terrific....great customer service!

Rev-a-Shelf pull out double container…

The pull out double container Rev-a-Shelf came within a reasonable time and appears of good quality. I am replacing an old one which had the sliders on the side, which is what came apart. (Note, old unit was placed in the 1970s! Would love the new one to last that long!) I like that the sliders for the new unit are on the bottom, which shoukd be more stable. I may have missed it when ordering, but I need the door mounting kit also, which comes separately. Now I am ordering that, but overall I am happy with it.

We were very happy to find this…free swinging hinge

We were very happy to find this supplier for a free swinging hinge for our bathroom cabinet door. Couldn't find anything that would work at our local big box hardware stores, or even the small local stores. The price was reasonable and shipping was extremely fast.

Worst customer support.

Customer support for this company is total garbage. They don't cancel orders, what seems like on purpose and when you have questions, they completely disregard them. You call back and tell them you want someone to call and explain and they just don't. Screw this place, don't buy here.

I must just be the unlucky person who…

I must just be the unlucky person who receives terrible customer service twice!!! I ordered an accessory online and everything went through fine. I’m awaiting the parts only to receive a email 4-5 days later saying the order wasn’t processed due to some type of fraud verification on the cabinet company’s end. I called and expressed why couldn’t I have received a phone call? I’m waiting on parts that aren’t coming!!!! They didn’t care at all! No attempt to make things right. So still needed the accessories so I have my customer order directly from the website again, once again everything went through fine for my customer! Received confirmation by email or the order, 3-4 weeks deliver. 3 weeks later wondering where parts are and I have customer call only to find out Cabinetparts.com has absolutely 100% no record at all of the order!!! So still no solution from Cabinetparts.com to rectify things IE overnight shipping etc! Nothing so once again still not cabinet parts coming!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD!!!!!!!

Ordered a kit to add roll outs to a…

Ordered a kit to add roll outs to a pantry closet. Easy install and everything fit together perfectly. The ask for measurements was very clear on the web site. I did have shipping damage and contacted customer service. They were great to deal with and sent replacement parts very quickly. Great overall experience with the product and the company!
