Never again will I buy one of these vouchers. I paid £79.99 plus another £19.99 to upgrade for a particular hotel. Selected the hotel and placed my order only to discover my dates weren't available so I had no choice but to pick another experience. So selected choose another experience only to have £10 deducted from my voucher. What an absolute swizz. So now I need to add more money for the same experience. I will never purchase one of these again nor will I recommend it.

The website had booked the wrong package when I entered my voucher code. Was meant to be hotel, golf and dinner instead it booked hotel, spa and dinner. This took over 2 months to resolve with buyagift.com. The customer service was horrendous, I had to chase for an update every few days. The responses I got were either scripted or AI produced. Some of the emails even got what I was requesting to be changed wrong. Cannot explain how bad the whole experience of dealing with the customer service team was. Answers that were given by the team blaming the delay on the hotel were untrue as I called the hotel and they had no idea what was going on and said it was a buy a gift.com problem. Awful experience that took way too long to resolve with horrendous customer service.

Easy to use the voucher. Bridgewood Manor Hotel was great. The staff make it so. Very polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our spa day and the lunch exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

Sold me a voucher to a Bannatyne Spa. Neglected to tell me that it would not go live for 24 hours, so I spent a day trying to contact them to ask why it wasn't working. After exhaustive looking, realised that the only option to resolve issues is their Live Chat feature which took 78 minutes to tell me that the voucher would take 24 hours to activate - a simple pop-up would have resolved this. The people at Bannatyne (whose live chat was actually live), said it happens all the time and they have told Buyagift repeatedly about the problem.Far from pleased.

I wanted to change the date of my visit to the London underground and tried on several occasions to contact buyagift on several occasions without success.I ended up contacting the transport museum who also couldn't help and referred me back to buyagift.This visit was a Christmas present and should have been easier to change.I now have to go through the process again in October when I intend to try to arrange a replacement visit but I won't be using buyagift.

I was given a spa gift voucher for Christmas from my mum and was really looking forward to using it. I booked a date, but just two days later realised I couldn’t attend — completely my mistake, and I hold my hands up to that. However, life happens, and there were still 12 weeks until the actual spa day.I contacted the company straight away to ask if I could simply change the date. Unfortunately, despite multiple emails back and forth, I was repeatedly told this wasn’t possible. No flexibility, no goodwill gesture — just a flat “no.”As a result, I’ve been unable to use the voucher at all, which means the money has effectively been wasted. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially given how far in advance I reached out.Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend booking directly with the spa instead of using this company. The lack of customer support and flexibility has been frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable.
