Katya was right there to help me in an empathetic way
I wrote Busuu about a problem I had with the course, but I found out that it was a computer problem. However, somehow Katya saw I was not using the Busuu course in an optimal way and she gave me excellent tips with screenshots to help me. I have the feeling Katya is right there to keep me going and enjoying the course!Christina

The course material is attractive but…
The course material is attractive but not thorough enough for me. Grammar topics (for example: il congiuntivo imperfetto is partially explained without enlightenment on its use) are superficial. The app is useful as extra exercise if you have already some knowledge of the language. The subscription mentions that you can terminate automatic debit of the subscription fee on the website. However, I couldn’t find where to do this on the website.
