Nice looking unit
Nice looking unit. Considerably less expensive than another unit we looked at. Arrived promptly and in good condition. Extremely easy to assemble. Looks beautiful.

Months long delivery delays and unresponsive customer service
None of the delivery timelines were met. Products were delayed by months with inadequate compensation and explanations for the delays. The customer service was unhelpful and only able to be contacted by email, often taking 3-4 days to respond and requiring you to repeat your concerns multiple times, delaying any resolution by weeks.

5 Month Delay - No Warning. No item yet.
I have been waiting for an order than was expected to arrive in January for over 5 months. I ordered this sofa in November before Black Friday.My order was then pushed to early February, and then March, April and now May 15th.There is no communication from the company unless you reach out to them directly. They are not considerate when trying to resolve the issue. They have refused to give me weekly or biweekly updates on the order. They offered a partial credit for my 5 month delay of under 250 dollars and you don't even see it on your account unless something is in your cart. I don't even want to purchase anything else from them at this point until I see this sofa I've been waiting for since November. I've been going back and forth on whether I should dispute this charge, because I honestly don't know if I'm going to receive it. The only reason why I haven't done this yet is because I have the matching ottoman for the couch already. Which arrived in early January, like it was supposed too. I'm very upset the website is still allowing customers to buy their products without a sufficient warning. It seems from other reviews this is a very common issue. Their manufacturing and shipping are having significant issues overseas which is causing these delays. It has me concerned that I am also going to receive a product that is not proper quality. The ottoman seems comfortable that I received. The fabric is nice, but I'm not building it until I get my couch. I can't believe what I've had to deal with, with this company. They do not notify you when your order is delayed. You have to ask them what's going on and they take several days to reply via email.

The quality of the furniture is fine
The quality of the furniture is fine. Putting it together was not too difficult. There is no customer service, and the shipping process to obtain information is terrible. When I learned the delivery date (you have no options to select a date), I tried to contact customer service to change it because UPS could not. I never received any response. Luckily, my neighbor was able to receive my package.

Very happy customer
Delivery was prompt, item was well-packed, easy to assemble, and well designed. And the table itself is really lovely—nice finish, good proportions, sturdy.

I initially started searching online…
I initially started searching online for sofas because I did not want to wait three months for delivery. During my search, Elenore White reached out to me by email. She sent me swatches and followed up with me, while I continued exploring other options online. However, her personal attention, even through an online interaction, encouraged me to visit her at the store.In the end, I purchased a sofa, a coffee table, and a carpet. The best part was that everything arrived exactly when she said it would. She was also very clear from the beginning that the carpet and coffee table would arrive later. When the items were delivered, nothing was missing, and the packaging and instructions made installation very easy.Overall, I had an extremely pleasant experience. I have already recommended Burrow to my friends.

Overall this is a decent piece
Overall this is a decent piece. A few concerns:- The “walnut” definitely does not have the richness I expect from anything described as walnut. It is more brown and looks somewhat cheap to me.-The track for the doors is just cut into the wood. There is no metal and it seems the doors are designed for light duty use. Not what I expect at this price.-The items come in a couple boxes. Everything is packed well, and assembles easy… but good luck figuring out where to open the boxes. They are taped up like crazy and there are no markings. A simple oversight that again leaves me questioning the value of this purchase.

Pieces designed to fit together
I particularly like that the pieces I purchased for my sitting room all go together perfectly! The colors and style, size match. The range sofa, hairpin coffee table with storage, and the leather chair and ottoman have furnished 3/4 of the room. I was able to take advantage of a 30 % off sale, which sweetened the deal.
