I purchased the Bulldog shaving foam a…

I purchased the Bulldog shaving foam a couple of weeks ago and have recently started using it. Unfortunately, when pressing the nozzle, the foam comes out around the sides of the button rather than through the intended opening. Even after cleaning it, I find that more product continues to leak out the following day.The canister itself is not dented or damaged externally. However, when I removed the top, it appears that the internal section where the button connects is bent, which seems to be causing the leak.I’ve previously had a very good experience with your shower gel, so this has been disappointing as it’s my first time trying the shaving foam.I contacted customer services and received only an automated reply, with no follow-up or advice. Based on other recent reviews, it seems I am not alone in experiencing a lack of response.I rarely leave negative reviews — most of my reviews are 5-star — but on this occasion I feel a 1-star rating is justified. I hope the company takes feedback like this seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve both product quality and customer service.

What happened to customer service??

I’ve used Bulldog products for several years. Always bought in store but my recent purchase was online. Unfortunately one of the items purchased had incorrect (4 images) when arrived I noticed it was not as described so I contacted customer services. Almost immediately I received a reply from a BOT - whilst it was quite good it didn’t address my issue. I replied and received a further response however that was more than 3 working days. Since then I’ve contacted customer service but they have failed to reply, resolve or engage. Actually not quite correct they have repeatedly emailed me asking for reviews - My review, be careful what you order online, the images don’t necessarily match the text. Should you need to then contact Customer Support your wasting your time. My low correlates to aftercare, support or lack of it !! Product is good, shame they don’t “care for their customers”.I’ve since read reviews on here - clearly I’m not the only one !!

Placed an order 2 weeks before…

Placed an order 2 weeks before Christmas. It arrived 5 days after Christmas. Have emailed at least 5 times to arrange return but still no response. Absolutely no customer service. Appalling.

No response to customer service qs

Made an order on 5th December - entirely my error but in checkout the incorrect address auto populated. I noticed immediately and contacted them via website as well as by email following reviving email receipt. I’d requested to have delivery to my billing address. I got a response saying it should be fine but they would contact me. No contact at all but was received at wrong address on 24th December (didn’t have it for Xmas day) and cost me extra to have it shipped on. Emailed customer service to ask why I had no update and was told 2 week response as all the team were on holiday. More than 4 weeks later and nothing. Not a great experience and would not order from them again

Haven't received order, zero response from Bulldog

Placed an order and didn't receive it within the expected time. I checked the tracking details and saw that Yodel had returned the parcel to the seller claiming that they were unable to deliver due to a GPS issue and that I should contact the seller to resolve.I've attempted to contact Bulldog multiple times and had no response at all, it's been 2 weeks so far.

Bad smell of the moisturiser

I was bought original moisturiser for Xmas. It smells great for the first hour or so, then it smells fusty, like an old damp room. Not sure why this happens, but I've stopped using it!!

Great products!

Ordered direct with the company, website mentioned a 3-5 day delay expected for dispatch reasons and all products arrived within that 3-5 day delivery date expectation. Didn't go for 5 stars as the products didn't come with much packaging in the box so were rather loose - they also use Evri for deliveries which can be a bit of a lottery depending on where you live.The products are 5 star quality though, the shampoo lasts for ages and your skin feels great after using the scrubs and moisturisers. It's possibly better buying the items from Boots etc. If you're concerned about the reviews regarding ordering directly from the company.

What a shame. Used to be great.

I usually buy Bulldog products from the high street. However, this time I decided to try buying online. Unfortunately, one of the three products I ordered was missing when the package arrived. I emailed Bulldog about this and received a reply from an AI assistant (of course!). The AI assistant said the issue would be forwarded to a human (probably best!). However, more than a month later, I still haven’t heard anything. So I have paid for three items but received only two. Honestly, I expected more from Bulldog, as the company’s ethos seems generally good. But they have also succumbed to the inevitable race to the bottom by managing their customers through a fog of failing AI. A real shame.
