False DDP Promise + Known Magnesium Mislabeling Lawsuit

Ordered $300+ of supplements with DDP shipping to Morocco advertised as duties paid, customs cleared, delivered to door. Package blocked by Moroccan customs requiring DMP pharmaceutical authorization. BulkSupplements response: 'We do not assist with applying a custom broker.' They told me to refuse the shipment myself despite paying for DDP clearance.Additionally this company is currently facing a class action lawsuit (2024-2025) for selling magnesium oxide as magnesium glycinate exactly what other reviewers experienced. 46% of Trustpilot reviews are 1 star.International customers: DDP to Morocco does not work as advertised. Domestic US customers: verify your magnesium glycinate isn't actually magnesium oxide.Order #1566448

I kept getting their ads and the prices seemed too good to be true but I gave it a shot. 1kg l-arginine, arrived under a week, great quality. Slight downside on the packaging but other than that was very happy

The essential amino acids

The essential amino acids - non flavored are unbearable to drink. Bulk Supplements no hassle return policy caused me to keep the aminos and give them away. Bulk supplements will refund an open package at the price of the lesser cost item that they sell, as well as make the customer pay for shipping. I used three servings out of 100 (as stated on the package). The unflavored EEAs actually made me nauseas. A friend says he "orders from B.S. time to time, it's hit or miss, They're ok".

Wrong supplement sent- won’t refund

I ordered four bags of a supplement. They sent two of the correct bags, two incorrect (bags look nearly identical, easy mistake). I always pour all the bags into a jar. I pour the first two and all is well. I pour the third in and t realize it’s the wrong product. Now, I’ve now contaminated the entire jar. Thank goodness they’re different textures or else I could have taken it and risked my health! They refunded me for the two bags of the wrong product but despite my explaining their mistake caused contaminated product, they won’t refund it all. This is their response: “While we understand that the items became mixed, we are unable to extend a refund to the bags that were correctly fulfilled. As a refund for the incorrect items has already been processed, we cannot provide further financial resolution at this time.” There is no law preventing them from making it right. If their company policy is simply to punish customers for their mistakes, they should change it.
