I am traveling aroun the world And to carry my stuff is hard and heavy, so I did chose to buy bugaboo cameleon 3. I am traveling with it around one year h. Have no problem with it, only the gummy for tire is showing metal thread. I have traveled with different trolleys, and I think I have experience to compare trolleys. I think durability is one of the best, just need to work on tires gummy by it self disk is good just a gummmy and material that is inside the tires

We’ve been extremely happy with our purchase of the Bugaboo Fox 5 bundle. We had an issue with the zip of our changing bag which is still under warranty. Incredibly quick and easy to get a replacement organised via customer services. Impressed by the efficiency and comprehensiveness of the support.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order and it never arrived. DPD lost the parcel and said that Bugaboo needed to liaise with them directly. I contacted Bugaboo directly to explain and gave the order number but they didn’t have my entire order registered under the number- so I then had to prove that my order included an expensive pram! Never received my order and needed it for travel. Also never got any compensation for the delay and hassle it caused. Really disappointing as my main everyday pram is from bugaboo and is great- shame the customer service doesn’t match. Reading other reviews I’m not alone in complaining about customer service - recommend Bugaboo rethinks their customer service offer as it’s letting you down

Im very disappointed with purchasing Bugaboo Butterfly pram. After not even one year of use we had problems with the wheel squeaking without reason but they did replace them for us at that time. After 2,5 year of use the colour(black) of our pram completely changed colour to purple. Pram looks awful right now and im embarrassed to use it. I tried to claim it on warranty as this for me it is issue but they responded that this is not covered under warranty. How pram so expensive can change colour. Definitely avoid purchasing colour black if you want to throw your good pram to bin because how disgusting it looks.

Bought the carrier bag for the pram and I love it. It’s very convenient having it attached to the handles. It’s also very spacious, you can fit all the essentials when you go out.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Bugaboo.I placed an order on Sunday using Klarna, but by Thursday/Friday I still hadn’t received any confirmation email. I decided to call customer service, only to be told that my order had not been processed because the payment was unsuccessful — and that they would not be sending the item.I then contacted Klarna, who confirmed that everything was fine on their end and advised me to ask Bugaboo for proof or further clarification. I reached out to Bugaboo multiple times (2–3 calls), and each time I was told they would “sort it out.”After waiting another four days with no follow-up, I had to call again. Once more, I was told someone would contact me, but I insisted they take action immediately as I had already waited long enough.Shortly after, I finally received an email from Bugaboo — and now need to contact Klarna myself to request a refund, which could take months.This is extremely poor service from a company like Bugaboo. I ordered the Bugaboo Butterfly 2 in preparation for my baby due in May, and this experience has made me very hesitant to purchase anything from them again.Very disappointing.

The strollers are great—until something goes wrong. The wheels on my Bugaboo Butterfly stopped working properly, and despite the product still being under warranty, I couldn’t get any meaningful support from Bugaboo. After numerous emails, I only received a generic response claiming this is normal as the child grows, which is very disappointing.For such an expensive product, you would expect much better customer service. Based on this experience, I would not consider buying another Bugaboo product.

Customer service was good but product was a bit above average as they were few concerns about crucial parts which I believe was dealt with precision customer service.
