Great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings

Great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings! The wings were flavorful, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was fun. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.

Bad 3rd party delivery, bad management on fixing the problem.

on 03/28/2026 I ordered delivery off the Buffalo Wild Wings web site. Ordered the 20 piece wings and a cheese burger. Order arrived and when I opened the bag the Cheese burger was missing. Started calling the store (4594 Tropea Wy. in Jacksonville, Fl. first 2 times the phone at the store hung up on me. 3rd. time the person told me to call Door Dash. Had to drive over and ask for the manger. Told them to make a new order. Made the burger and micro waved the rest.

The most pitiful food.

This is the most screwed up restaurant in the whole country. I went to have lunch at their restaurant at Atlanta Airport. I paid 25 dollars to eat junk. The potatoes were overcooked, dark brown and hard to chew and swallow. Most likely the leftover of another client’s remaining portion. I could count them. Save your money and choose another restaurant where you will know what you are eating.

avoid buffalo wild wings

Yesterday I ordered a 20-piece bundle of wings. I picked up an order and brought home. The wings were so overdone and dry we couldn't even eat them. Beyond that, they had included no sauces that were requested. This coupled with my last order that was bone-in wings but delivered boneless just emphasizes how poorly this location is managed. No good manager would have allowed those reheated - overdone wings to go out. I will no longer do business with this company and will file a review encouraging others to seek a better restaurant.

This was the most unprofessional…

This was the most unprofessional Service Ived had in a reastraunt. Yung lady (red) Hair obviously upset about something…walking around cursing yelling to herself. I had to ask a different server for Refills this was just not a professional environment this was Veterans location in Metairie please do better with the staff

I ordered carryout from the Grove City…

I ordered carryout from the Grove City Buffalo Wild Wings store and when I got home and checked my order, all the wings, 40 in total, were bone in. My husband had ordered boneless and it clearly states this on the receipt. We also did not get a large portion of the ultimate sampler. I sent an email to the customer service department and was told I would hear from the store in 3 - 5 days. After a week, I emailed customer service again. Again, I was told that the store would contact me in 3-5 days. This all started on Feb 7 and today is March 7. I still have not heard from the store. I will not be returning to this store again. The management and customer service are both a big disappointment

don’t believe the hype! They’re amazing!

Amazing food experience and family atmosphere. I think the only people who post about this restaurant are ones who happen to have a bad experience one time. You don’t merely get to hear enough of the great experiences. My server was brand new and handled a party of 30 of us on her first day with ease. She was such a delight, didn’t even bother us that it took her a little bit to split up the checks.

very poor customer service

Ok, so I waited over a month to see if I would get a response from corporate but I have gotten nothing. About a month ago myself and two friends went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Flowood Ms. it was a busy night. We went in and asked for a table for three and they took my phone number for their notification system and said it would be about 45 minutes. We stood around for most of that time and finally had an open seat in the waiting area. Shortly after my phone buzzes and says our table is ready (7:28pm). We went to the host station and was immediately told we took too long and our table was taken and we would have to start over at the end of the waiting line. This was 7:29pm. I said “excuse me” and the young kid rudely told me we were going to the bottom of the list. I said “I don’t think so and get me a manager” the manager showed up which she wasn’t much older that the boy trying to run the host station. By the way it was three, two young girls and this one young boy running (hanging all over the station) the host station and playing more attention to their phones and each other than the customers. Anyway the manager listened to us and walked off. At 7:30pm my phone buzzed again and it said we now had a table ready again. We were seated and the server took our drink order. About the time the server was bringing our drinks to the table, the same manager shows up at our table and says she was going to make this right with an appetizer or something BUT now she was going to tell us we had to leave for talking to her employees as we did. I asked and how had we talked to her employees. She said we threw the F bomb at them several times. I assured her no one at the table threw any F bombs and she said she didn’t care we needed to leave her restaurant right now. Of course we left. Never been thrown out of any business or restaurant in my life. So I emailed corporate and explained the situation and advised I still had the time stamps on my phone showing when we were called for our table and declined and called again. I would at least expect a return email with a minimum of a professional “we are sorry for your bad experience” but we got nothing just showing that this company has issues from the very top down. We will never return to a BWW again. Use this post as you want but fair warning they are not quality people.If anyone knows me well enough, I would never show my ass in public or be disrespectful and drop F bombs.
