I have used this company for years, not anymore!
I have used this company for years. Unfortunately this year their pricing has sky rocketed and their customer service treat you like you're illiterate and very rude. I was going to place an order that would have been over the $49 requirement to not have to pay the additional $9.95 for non tracking shipping. So, pay for the product, pay for shipping and you get no tracking information for that price. Really, WTH? I was told due to tarriff's. Tarriff's that are no longer in effect affects the fact that your company does not honor what is shown on your website???!! What??? Disapponted doesn't cover what I am feeling. For less than what they want to charge I can go to a local clinic and just pick it up. Actually CHEAPER than what this company wants. And I don't have to wait 3-4 or even 5 weeks. WOW

I do not recommend! The way thieves act! You pay for the order and out of three pieces they send the two cheapest ones and the third one which is twice as expensive as the first two items in one order is missing! No one responds to questions and repeatedly! Unserious businessman!

Order at your own risk
Order at your own risk. I’ve placed a couple orders before. First order or two were fine. One order, half the medicine leaked out of the bottle and no response from the company. Placed order 3123037, waited because of internaltional shipping, and it straight up never arrived. There goes $140. Don’t know that I’ll order from here again.

They are killing pets
Ordered twice from budgetpetcare. First time sent me flea and tick for Australian pests. Second time for African pests. They are killing pets. The medications do not protect your pets in the United States. Read the insert in the packaging.

Highly recommend
I’ve ordered Bravecto for my 3 little chihuahuas, and also for my brother’s Staffy. Both times the orders arrived within 1-2 weeks (so plan ahead!). The boxes are slightly different than in the US upon close examination - they’re written to European standards using metric. Other than the very fine print, the boxes are identical. And the prices! I paid less for 3 tablets than I pay for 1 here in the US! And, no Rx needed in Europe so there’s that convenience factor as well. I just placed my 3rd order with them, and will continue to use Budget Petcare online.

Affordable pet supplies with great customer service
I have been a long-time customer for many years with Budget Pet Care and have been nothing but pleased.. with many things such as, the selection, lower costs than chain retail stores and online competition, great pricing and discounts, plus customer service that is always helpful.

Satisfied, Long time customer
I've been using Budget Pet Care for several years for flea/tick preventatives and heartworm meds. I did my research prior to ensure I was still getting a quality product, despite the substantial savings. I love the ability to put my order on auto order so I always have product on hand. I have only had to call customer service once, and they were very quick to resolve my issue. Highly recommend!
