I ordered a 12 Gauge Magazine Dent Raiser from Brownells. I received a metal rod in the package with no Dent Raiser. I contacted Brownells about the incomplete order by email. It took a few days to receive a response from them. I was advised that the incomplete 12 Gauge Magazine Dent Raiser was the last one in stock and they did not know when/if they would receive the back ordered item. I could await a back order or receive a refund if I shipped the item back. I replied I wished a refund and asked for shipping/return information as there was no packing slip shipped with the item and no return information. After a few days with no response I again emailed to request return information. I have yet to receive a response from Brownells after a week. I navigated the website and found a rather obscurely how to make a return. I filled out the information and found after I had indicated that the item was shipped incomplete that I would have to pay an additional $9.99 to return the item. Obviously, I did not do that as it seemed as adding insult to injury. I sent off another email to request another option as the reason for the return was no fault of mine other than ordering from Brownells in the first place. Over the years I have not shopped with Brownells due to poor inventory stock and high prices. Now I have discovered they have poor customer service and poor return procedures as well. To add insult to injury, I cannot find a 12 Gauge Magazine Dent Raiser anywhere else and a internet search still leads to Brownells website. It looks like I either donated to the cause awaiting a back order that won’t come or donate another $9.99 to return a useless metal rod in order to receive my refund. If I could rate Brownells one star, I would. None of this was a fault on my part, but I am paying for it. Don’t shop with Brownells, shop elsewhere or do without.

Ordered Oxpho-Blue and 1K Sm Pistol Primers with a NO HAZMAT FEE being advertised. Suddenly Pirimers BACKORDERED.....Oxpho-Blue sent FEDEX @ $15 shipping cost !CHAT LINE says "WE're Sorry".....Primers back ordered to MARCH......have to have 'Supervisor' now approved the "No Hazmat Fee" thing THEN...I have to call and ASK for it ! Last Time I trust Brownells to be HONORABLE.

Just ordered a Burris scope from them. They had the lowest price. They had it shipped the following day and it arrived very quickly. Was packaged well and was just what I ordered. From the experience I had I would buy from them again.

Absolite garbage, avoid at all costs. I bought a midwest industries forgrip, it was improperly listed on their website and wouldn't fit my rifle bc of it.I reached out to brownells they told me I could pay to return it. When I pushed back that it was a an issue due to mistake on their website... they said they would investigate... then never heard back from them!!!TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

i just bought new foster ultra seating die and its faulty ya think they would give me credit for shiping cost to get sent to foster ....but no they screwed me ill never buy anything from the no service company agian....same on foster for leting out a bad seating die also that the bullet dosent fit there.measurements

I must say, my gun component took a few weeks from online order to my front door, but the stock did come from their US stock suppliers. Once it hit the UK though, it was really quick from ParcelForce. I am very pleased it finally did land at my front door. Many thanks

I ordered a Sinclair Primer shell holder for a .22 Hornet case. It didn't fit the .22 Hornet case as claimed. Called Customer Service, they promptly issued a return label for credit. I sent the case holder back with an empty .22 Hornet piece of brass to show them the fault. They FedEx the piece of brass back to me with a letter saying the single brass was returned at my expense. I never got the credit for the shell holder, despite a follow-up letter to Customer Service. These folks have lost my interest and business.

I purchased a product and they are unwilling to warranty the product. All they would do was send me a link to the original manufacture to start a warranty claim. This is going to cost me extra money in FFL fees and time spent.
