Came to leave a review after being told…

Came to leave a review after being told the accessories with an epilator did not come under warranty even though the part itself has only been used a handful of times. The item itself cost £340 which is not cheap by any means and was told I would have to purchase a replacement for £25. Absolutely gobsmacked as the item is still under warranty.I can see now why it’s important to check reviews before purchase because clearly this brand does not care about it’s customers or it’s reputation. Will not be purchasing any Braun products even again!

Ordered a trimmer

Ordered a trimmer, got a box but nothing inside!Contacted customer service which was of no help. Ended up having to rebuy from another brand.

I will never buy Braun product again

I will never buy Braun product again. After finally giving up on a £200 toothbrush needs to be charged every 3 uses I was gifted a £120 beard trimmer. used the trimmer for 3 months, the hair guard started to lose teeth so I reached out for a replacement to find they are no longer supported so the beard trimmer is obsolete. back to Philips for me, for good.

48H DEADLINE IGNORED - £220 REFUND STILL MISSING - Case: 28993370

UPDATE 26/03: Still NO response from customer service after my 48h deadline. I have now officially escalated this case to the P&G Press Office and Media Relations team. Final warning before Citizens Advice legal action tomorrow.I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism from Braun UK. My Money Back Guarantee claim for £220 was approved weeks ago, but after sending a faulty, uncashable cheque, they have effectively gone silent. An agent named James (Case Ref: 28993370) promised a resolution on March 20th, but failed to follow through.I sent a formal complaint giving them a 48-hour deadline to initiate a BACS transfer and provide proof of payment. That deadline has now passed with ZERO response. It is unacceptable for a global brand to withhold £220 from a customer for this long. I demand my refund immediately. Do not ignore your customers! Worst COMPANY on EARTH!

Worst COMPANY on EARTH!! Incompetent scammers with zero knowledge or care of a client whatsoever. I ordered product almost 2 months ago and not only that the delivery didn’t come - BRAUN after nonstop on going days of conversation they established what happens and of course blamed it on delivery service. After more than a week even Liam the head of customer relation wrote me a loony apologetic email, reassuring me that within 5 working days I’ll receive me money back! It’s been almost 7 weeks ago and still nothing!!! Today I contacted the customer service again to got same email address that is not responding and not available phone number!! It’s DISGUSTING, EMBARRASSING and CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR! BRAUN IS A SHIT SHOW !!!

2 Months in - Coffee Maker doesn't brew- Bad customer "care"-- No more Braun in my household

Bad product, stopped brewing coffee/ warming plate not turning on after 2 months.Buyer beware: Probably got a lemon but stopped working suddenly after 2 months, went through the trouble shooting steps:I went through the troubleshooting steps:1) Making sure carafe is seated properly (also bought a new carafe no change)2) Turned on the cleaning cycle (no water/ heating plate did not turn on)3) Tried the auto function by setting the timer on machine to see if it would click on (nothing happened when time was reached)-- Time was set/ Timer set4) Bought new charcoal filters --- replaced a few times (no change)5) Tried a few different plugs in the house6) Reset outlets in house/ reset fuse boxNo power failures occurred in household. Contacted Braun:1) Sent serial codes2) Sent troubleshooting stepsThey asked for video-Sent video (Yes they ask you to send it via google drive or drop box- funny for a big company)They asked for video again-Sent video (said they couldn't open it)They asked for video again-Sent via google drive this time instead of drop box.They reviewed it and told me because the clock wasn't set that the coffee maker wouldn't brew, and they couldn't fix this issue as it was user malfunction. (We had put it away as it was broken, replaced it with another maker when they asked for video so we had to unbox, put water back inside and take the video again)This is incorrect information as you can certainly brew coffee even if the clock isn't set on the machine, we did when we first purchase the machine, and it brewed fine, it's a very odd statement for their customer "care" to make but it is what it is.So we're out the $140.00, plus the new coffee maker. We also have a Braun Expresso maker which we haven't used so I will be returning this product (not faulty) but boycotting this company from my house, since we were given the run around for something that seems to happen frequently from the reviews and youtube videos I have watched about repairing the machine.Live and learn, but I wouldn't give this company my money again.

Overpriced trash shavers

They discontinued the 92x foils for the series 9, which shaved very close. I shave dry daily. The 94m is supposed to be the replacement but it doesn't shave close at all, I shave for 10 minutes trying to get a close shave and it doesn't. People say the 96x falls apart after 6 months so why would I pay for one? Braun used to be the pinnacle of men's shavers, now they are overpriced junk still with the huge price tag. I'm planning to throw my series 9 in the bin and find a new brand.

Rubbish instructions for shaver

I haven't used the Braun series 6 shaver yet. The problem is that I am able to read, but their `instructions' are entirely in pictures, many of which are totally incomprehensible. What is wrong with these people? Can they not write?

Disappointing

I purchased the Braun Silk-épil 9 Flex 3D from Amazon Australia in December 2022 for approximately $279.After about three years of normal household use, the epilator head suffered a structural breakage, making the device unusable. This was not battery wear or gradual decline, it was a physical failure of the head assembly.I contacted Braun seeking a replacement head. Instead of addressing the durability issue, I was referred to an authorised service centre because the product is outside the 2-year warranty.For a premium appliance in this price range ,especially one advertised as being designed to last several years, this outcome is disappointing. I also contacted Amazon as the retailer, but the issue remains unresolved.Based on this experience even though I was the braun customerfor more than 20 years, I will not be purchasing Braun products again.
