This was the 1st time using this…
This was the 1st time using this company..I ordered 2 swimsuits which didn't fit so returned..I have been advised I have a refund however never received and also a balance of £14.98 remaining which says taxes wasn't advised about this .so i dont think I will use this company in the future.

I am so happy I found Brastop!
I am so happy I found Brastop. I HATE shopping for bras; it's stressful and being a larger cup, it's such a chore trying to find a bra that fits well, looks nice and doesn't cost the earth. Online shopping is a gamble and you never know what the returns procedure is like until you need it. Luckily, I didn't need it. Here is the key if you have the same problem looking for bras: be honest with yourself and measure what you are, not what you want to be!First step: if you don't have a soft measuring tape, buy one. Second step: follow the measurement instructions on the website. This is the part you have to be honest with yourself about. You are what you are and who else cares? I got upset at first at having put on so much weight, but the end goal was binning the scrappy bras I'd been making do with for too long because I didn't want to go bra shopping. They were restricting my movement because I had no support and if I was going to get a bra that fits properly then I have to measure properly and face the facts.Tip 3: Shop for the type of bra you'd like. I wanted full support because I have a new job where I will need to be active.And that's it. My bra arrived and it fits perfectly! I can move with confidence and comfort and I feel SO much better. I went straight back online and ordered another of the same. I would have ordered two but wanted to use Klarna for that and sadly they don't allow you to use Klarna for orders under £50. My order would have been £49.85. That's my only gripe with the company but it won't stop me from ordering again!

Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent, Alison made it so easy for me to return an item from France and reorder a size larger and ensure it would be delivered quickly to my daughter in England to bring over to France for me I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Brastop and AlisonAn update - The item has already been delivered to my daughter less than 24 hours after ordering. I confident that once they have received my return my refund won't take long.

I placed an order 19 Jan 2026
I placed an order 19 Jan 2026, it’s now 7 March 2026 I have not received my order. It has been in transit since, I see it arrived in my country South Africa 18 Feb yet it has not been sent out for delivery! I have a trip end of March and I need my order!

Shopping with Brastop will not let you…
Shopping with Brastop will not let you down. Any slight issue is promptly rectified with the most supportive and friendly customer service. The products are great and the service is exceptional. I had an issue with delivery and they did not stop communicating with me until it was resolved. I will definitely be shopping with them again and would also most definitely recommend. Exceptional from start to finish! Other companies could learn a thing or two from them.

Great selection, great prices and great service!As a non-UK customer, it's advisable to know your best brands and sizes before shopping.They have a relatively pricy shipping fee, but that is perfectly logical and acceptable to me with what comes with it (no worrying about customs etc). Everything is taken care of.I do wish I could select delivery to local parcel shop, but that is a minor thing.I have bought a couple of times off the site now and have been very satisfied, but unfortunately I received a damaged bra today (had a small hole near the center of the wires).I contacted customer support and they were very quick to reply and the communication and process was professional, friendly and just all in all a good experience.So definitely still satisfied with shopping at Brastop!Will recommend Brastop.

Sizes are way off
I don’t know where they get their sizing from but I ordered 2 bras in 32dd and they were so small more like a small B had to return.
