Got the items and haven't tried it until now. WORST instructions ever! No instructions for each individual game. Just a video of a guy playing it but not instructions for each game or how to use the app. What are the micro games??? Why does it start on videos of other people doing it?? Not user friendly for people that aren't tech savvy. Kids played on their own as the counter didn't sync well. They had fun but were frustrated with not knowing how it worked and syncing up well with the TV

I purchased 1 for my family Xmas 2025, excited for some family fun/exercise. Very disappointed in the "string" and overall poor quality. It lasted 24 hours.Will NOT be recommending this to anyone! The delivery time was longer than expected also.

Do not purchase a thing from this Co. We purchased a gift from them and the relative never received it. The carrier DHL said it had been delivered, wrong. It was to be delivered to an apt. complex, 6 units with a mailroom.Two packages were delivered that day and neither was from boxbollen. We did dispute the charge and DHL claimed it was. We are paying because our credit rating will take a hit because of poor follow up by boxbollen and terrible ethics.

The product and BOXBOLLEN are garbage.Absolutely Minimal usage. Broke . Try returning it! What a joke. DON’T waste your time/money with this company.

Very disappointed with this product and after care. It was a Christmas present. After two weeks of use the string started fraying. I contacted them straightaway to which they said tie a not where not frayed. But it had frayed in multiple places. Have contacted again and now they are sayings it out of warranty. Do NOT purchase.

I ordered two units and only received one. Being that they were Christmas gifts, I wanted to return the one that I received because it was of no use for me. I had been contacting the company since the day after Christmas to no avail. There was no direct phone number and getting a response via email takes weeks. When I finally did receive a response via email, I was told to send a picture of the product I received including a photo of it out of the box. I did that. Now they're saying that because I took it out of the box, I'm not eligible for a return. So I am trying to argue that. Then another rep said no. I will still be able to get a refund but I am responsible for return shipping and a $10 restock fee I have never experienced such poor customer service. Any celebrity that endorses this company, I will no longer support in any manner.

Poor customer service and disappointing delivery handling. There is no phone support, only email, and responses are extremely slow. The return window is very short, and customers are charged restocking fees and return shipping even when issues are caused by delays or delivery problems.When delivery issues occur, the company pushes customers to deal with the carrier themselves instead of taking responsibility.Before clicking “buy,” check the reviews and customer service policies carefully. Their response time can be 8 days, while the return window is only 14 days. Unfortunately, I had to pay the price, but lesson learned. I would not recommend Boxbollen.

This company should have zero stars. Purchased for my grandkids for Christmas but they were not interested so I tried to return the UNOPENED boxes to Boxbollen. Took several weeks for a response, in which they claimed it was now passed the 14 days. I disputed their claim to which they then LIED about the return policy on their own website. I pointed out the lie to which they tried covering up with another lie. It became a joke to them as I was stuck with $88 worth of crap and they had my money. Filed complaint with BBB and Boxbollen wouldn't respond to them so that case was closed. Filed a complaint with State attorney general and also reached out to the TV show that I saw promoting the product to let them know the behavior of a company they were encouraging people to buy from . Working right now with Venmo to get my money back and will spread the word as much as I can that this is an untrustworthy company that doesn't even follow their own written policy. BUYER BEWARE!!

Product broke on first use. Outside unrealistic 14 day return or exchange period. Unrealistic as purchased in December for a January birthday.Complete scam, waste of money, beyond poor quality and terrible customer service.
