Horrible company
I was unsure of the exact color because you sometimes can't tell on line. To be safe, I ordered just a runner so I could test the color before I hired movers to move my very heavy furniture to put down a 9x12 rug underneath my bed. I LOVED the color of the runner(Ivory) so I ordered the SAME rug only now in the 9x12. I didn't think to check the color when the rug arrived because again, it was the SAME rug as the runner. The movers came and moved all of my things,rolled out the rug and to my surprise IT WAS A TOTALLY DIFFERANT COLOR(Champagne)!!Not even close to the runner!! This company has not even reached out to me to try to make things right. I've learned my lesson and I will never recommend this company!! Goodbye $600.00 plus moving expenses! Ps. I replaced it with a beautiful IVORY rug from Pottery Barn. Wish I would have started there first!

First Time Buyer & Return Experience
I needed a rug for my living room and stumbled upon this company. I loved their styling tips for which color walls, furniture, and flooring their products paired well with which made picking the right rug so much easier! The rug I ordered was delivered very quickly with good packaging. It was gorgeous and very soft with beautiful colors. Unfortunately, I measured my living room incorrectly and the rug didn’t fit my space. The customer service team was so helpful and made my return easy and efficient. I opted for the gift card return because I knew that I wanted to order the same rug but larger. This company is wonderful and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

I love the options that Boutique Rugs offer. The range from affordable to luxury and the prices and customer service is better than any other retailer. I have purchase several pieces to redecorate a boutique law firm and our clients love them

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I bought 4 rugs from BoutiqueRugs.com. I would NOT recommend this retailer. We paid over $1,000 for all of the rugs. One of the $400 rugs was not rolled, it arrived folded in a bag multiple times. I knew there would be multiple creases and was extremely disappointed the rug was handled this way. This retailer is making me pay shipping to return the rug (over $100), even though this was their mistake. The other rug I want to return does not match the colors displayed on the website at all which is completely unacceptable. I also have to pay for shipping to return this rug which is also over $100 to return. This return will cost me close to $300.Their solution? Find your own shipper. They refuse to send me return labels. Please read their return policy closely. There are no exceptions nor accountability. The rugs aren’t the greatest quality either. Very thin for the expensive price. I do not recommend this retailer and will definitely not buy from them again. Buyer Beware!!!!!

Boutique Rugs are absolutely beautiful. The site has so many great choices to choose from. It is so easy to find something that you like. Or, like I did, many things that you like. It is an easy website to use, and they ship your rug out very quickly. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them!
