Is Premier a scam??
Purchased Premier last June which is a year membership but it’s stopped working, so my son now can’t place an order without paying postage. Contacted customer services, given a 48 hour response time, 4 days later nothing. Can’t speak to anyone. Beware, this seems like it may be a scam.

Abominably bad customer service
Abominably bad customer service. Was sent a fault item. Refunded via a gift certificate that doesn't work, and customer services have so far goven me three contradictory excuses why it doesn't work but seem incapablenof fixing the problem. They also frequently "get things wrong" (ie lie) which makes it impossible to handle.

Paid extra for next day delivery and no sign of it. No update from Evri, nothing. Sent a message on messenger and sent an email but no reply. There is no number to call either. I want to know when my item is getting delivered and want my postage refund if my item actuslly arrives.Can Boohooman contact me?Disgraceful service.

Scam delivery service…
Ordered on Monday at 6pm and got next day delivery as i needed some formal wear for a funeral, its now Thursday and still not received the items. Boohooman still not handed them over to the courier and the funeral is tomorrow. If it doesn't go out today they've completely ruined the entire day even more so because its a FUNERAL!!!!!
