I had a really disappointing experience with Boohoo and would not recommend ordering from them.First, their customer service is honestly one of the worst I’ve dealt with. It takes 3–4 days just to receive a single response, which makes resolving even a simple issue drag out for over a week. I reached out for help expecting a quick resolution, but instead it turned into a long, frustrating back-and-forth with very little urgency or support on their end.On top of that, their shipping and return policies are not customer-friendly at all. You’re paying around $10 for shipping, and then if something doesn’t work out, you have to pay another $10 just to return it. That’s $20 total just to try something on and send it back, which is ridiculous compared to other companies that offer free or more affordable returns.Overall, between the slow communication, lack of helpful support, and extra costs, the entire experience just isn’t worth it. There are plenty of other brands out there that value their customers more and make the process much easier. I definitely won’t be ordering from Boohoo again.

I don’t know what’s happened to boohoo. I like the clothes on there which means after a while I try to give it another chance, but there seems to have been issues Everytime Ive ordered -the last 3 times, which is clearly not a one off. From late deliveries taking longer than even shein in China… To deliveries with items missing…. and this time there was actually a hole in one of the shoes as well as another missing item!!! I paid £6 for next day delivery for a reason! I have reached out to customer services AGAIN and I am yet to hear back currently so can’t comment on the response. But I’m going to delete the app and just not even look at the clothes now- some lovely stuff but the awful service, faulty goods with holes in (can’t believe they even sent these out) and poor delivery makes this company a 1 star.

I don’t get replies from emails or texts until days later. All promises of help come to nothing. They ask the same question over and over even though I have provided an answer. No telephone number to call. I have been unable to spend a voucher My advise NEVER opt for a voucher Don’t use this company

If I could give a 0 star review I would. The items arrived as expected but the problems began when I tried to return. Initially I could not get the portal to allow a return for 7 of the 8 items I was returning. After making contact on messenger, the only way to contact them if you have an Android phone, returns were arranged. This initially took 5 days and lots of repeating myself. Then when they were returned and tracked no refund has emerged. I threatened a charge back claim after they had had the parcels 11 days and 15 days and suddenly a refund processed email arrived, A further 7 days and having contacted them again still no refund has arrived. I was told today it should have arrived by now and the advisor didn't know why it hadn't so told me I would be transferred to a customer service advisor and to hold on, although they were busy it would be as soon as possible, 4 hours later I still have still not had a response. I've ended up submitted a charge back claim as I'm not convinced it will ever arrive. Having always thought the company was legit I'm starting to think they keep hold of your money on purpose either so they can get interest in their account or just so they can keep your money, I'm waiting for over £200 and returned the items almost a month ago

Absolutely terrible customer service!!. I needed to make a return but the returns portal did not work. I tried to contact customer service via email and messenger as the third text option also would not work. I received automated messages on both. Then the chat went dead and there was no more correspondence. I was unable to contact them again as there was already an open chat. Impossible to speak with anyone of get any answers!. I’m currently stuck with this item and no options to return!. I will not be buying from Boohoo in the future. Awful !

I ordered a pair of jeans and returned them promptly as they did not. The returns have been received and i have tried to follow up on my refund. No customer service contact number or anything to help in tracing the refund! Terrible service

I bought a loafer in my size and when it arrived it was huge, the loafer was of very poor quality. I ended up returning it and lost 10 euros because I paid for both.
