I received amazing support when socks were too small for my husband...a refund was amazing. I tried them on and love them!! SOOOO comfortable! My husband's big wide foot was not doable but my very long narrow foot loves them.

I bought my brother 3 pairs of Bombas socks for Christmas and 3 months later 2 of them were worn out with holes on the heels. I do not recommend.

Very disappointing customer service experience. I contacted Bombas within minutes of placing my order to correct a shipping address and was told it could be updated. I provided the correct address right away, but no one followed up or made the change.As a result, my order was shipped to the wrong address and marked as delivered. When I tried to resolve the issue, the support phone number didn’t even work. This was a preventable issue that came down to lack of response and follow-through.Expected much better.

Maybe they make wonderful socks, but I wouldn’t know. Over two weeks since my order and they just now emailed me saying they couldn’t fill the order. Refunded my order and sent me a 25$ credit. Hahahaha. No thanks. What a shitty way to handle customer care. Won’t be ordering anything from them and will be letting my friends and colleagues know to stear clear.

Well, what a sad excuse for customer service ! Waiting ten days and counting, tracking information, “Waiting for update”, yikes! AI customer support is so pathetic, I could cry. I like to leave good reviews, but in this case I have absolutely nothing positive to say about Bombas! At this point, I can only hope that when/if the socks arrive they are better than the service.

I've ordered many socks for me and my family from Bombas for a while now. Their merchandise is NOT cheap but I've appreciated that they donate to homeless shelters. Placed an order this past week for the first time a while.....what a complete let down! $100 for 8 pairs of gym socks (that's okay) but I only received 1/2 my order at first and then the 2nd shipment included 10 pairs of socks I didn't order!! The unraveling of this mistake took me over an hour using Facebook, Email, and phone and in was in no way easy. I talked with a very nice lady who had a heavy accent and was hard to understand. No fault of hers but CS people need to be clearer. Getting the second 1/2 of my order sent to me w/o being charged extra was difficult. In my opinion, thru numerous orders, Bombas has declined in Customer Service and Quality Control. Very disappointing!

I bought a pair of Bombard from Scheels. These are the worst socks I've ever worn. The cheap ones I buy from Amazon hold up better and wick away moisture much better. I wore them once and they are pilling big time on the back of the heel. I hope I can find my receipt. Too bad you can't post pictures.

I was never a huge fan. I received some as gifts and they never lasted long, getting holes pretty quickly. But I wanted to try their compression. They were decent, but got holes so I wanted to replace. It was easy to do online but there was nowhere to change the address. I’ve moved and I emailed immediately but only got AI bots in response. It was infuriating getting the same or similar replies to all my different and direct questions. Then I was ghosted. So I reached out two more times and finally got someone else who instead of just changing my address on the order, gave me a gift card. Which was fine except what I paid for the socks in the exchange was much less than if I used a gift card?!? So in order for me to not pay, I had to order only half the amount of socks. What an AI nightmare of auto responses and gaslighting. I felt like I was going insane and I’m still so pissed. Now instead of just not being my fav socks, I’m actively telling people to avoid this company like the plague.

The calf sock is horrible. Very tight and painful to wear. I wore the socks for 3 hours and had marks on my legs for 2 days. I tried to contact customer service via email but received no response. I suggest buying Pacas socks.
