Super happy excellent customer service beautiful pieces
I’m so glad I discovered BOHOMOON. I like their easy to navigate app. I like how you can put the pieces you like into a favourite folder. Excellent customer service, great value, packaged well and sent very quickly. I’m so happy with my pieces I’ve bought about seven pieces so far every single one of them I’m utterly happy with. I highly recommend this company 10 out of 10.

Faulty earings
I ordered earings 9 days ago, it had a problem and I contacted same day through email but got no response so far,I added comment on tiktok post and they deleted my comment instead of reaching out. It was my first order and after such customer service I am not going back. Thank you

This jewellery is great
This jewellery is great. I have sensitive skin and have usually only been able to wear real gold earrings, otherwise my ears are irritated. Im so pleased to have found this company and now have a great collection of earrings and rings. Ordering is easy. The items are great value. It's unfortunate that it can take a while for orders to be delivered but that is because I am anxious to receive my new jewellery. Perhaps I am used to next day delivery by other companies and it can take 4-5 days in this case. It won't stop me buying this lovely jewellery in the future.

Best jewellery brand - doesn’t tarnish
One of the best jewellery brands I have bought from. Jewellery doesn’t tarnish and is the exact same as images supplied. Love the quality and the effort they put into the designs and will always be a returning costumer!

the quality of the jewellery is outstanding
the quality of the jewellery is absolutely outstanding, it doesnt tarnish. with other plated jewellery i only wear for one day and its dull. this bohomoon plating is amazing, i have worn a bracelet for 3 months now and no sign of colour change or tarnish. i love it. real gold appearance at a fraction of the cost.
