I placed an order on March 19 and paid for expedited delivery guaranteed by March 27.The order did not arrive, and I received no tracking information or meaningful communication. When I reached out, I only received vague responses saying they would “check with the printer.”This is extremely disappointing given the time-sensitive nature of the order and the additional cost paid for expedited shipping.Ultimately I paid this company approximately $105 for absolutely nothing. Never received my item and the lack of communication from the company is appalling. I would not recommend relying on Blurb for important or time-sensitive projects. Please save yourself the time and money and use any other company!!

I have previously had good experience with Blurb, but this time it's awful. No way of contacting support or getting a reply. That's just plain bad customer service. Blurb has put a wrong address on my book - I know this cause UPS has told me; my name and everything checks out, but the adress doesn't. Now my book is stuck and Blurb have charged me all the money they wanted. Awful mistake from Blurb's side. The book was supposed to arrive on the 6th of February for my wife's birthday, now it is just sitting stuck in a UPS-central and they are not allowed to change the address.

Quality issues again. On the front cover!!! 5/6 books affected Seems to be no QC of ordered books. Will adjust rating depending on response but auto reply suggest higher volume of requests than normal.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received. I placed my order on 21 January and was told it would be delivered on or before 2 February, yet it is still showing as “in production” and has not even been handed to the courier. This is well beyond the stated 4–5 day print timeframe advertised on the website.What is most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I logged a support ticket and followed up by email multiple times, but have received no response at all. The website states that customers will be notified of delays, but this has not happened in my case.Overall, the experience has been poor — slow processing, missed deadlines, and no customer support. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

My books were never delivered. Customer service was initially unresponsive. When they did reply, they were rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience. I never recieved the books. I never recieved a refund.

I paid for a book, it never arrived and getting help from Blurb was impossible. They never responded to my request concerning tracking and then my request for a refund went nowhere. I was told by them that the book was out for delivery for over two weeks and it never arrived. I have seriously begun to question their corporate ethics.

I started creating Blurb books back in 2010 using Booksmart. I have created over 150 different titles and spent £17K with them. The announcement to drop Booksmart has not been handled well. The conversion process to Bookwright leaves a lot to be desired. Some fonts don't convert, old photos are not supported in Bookwright, tables don't convert. You have to check every page. The support is useless, too far away and takes too long to respond. I have lost a lot of IP as some of my books are annual and need to be republished.

1) Appalling customer service. There is no one to call. 2) The shipping is too expensive and very, very slow. However, the quality of the books is good. But support is horrible.

I’ve used Blurb for years, years YEARS! I made my first book with them in Argentina about 15 years ago. I then moved to Europe and myself and my mum have ordered books from Spain and the UK for personal projects. I am now a wedding photographer and order all the books for my clients from Blurb. The quality of their products is outstanding. The software to design the books is so easy to use and so versatile. You really have full control of the design. I couldn’t be happier. The books always arrive earlier than I expect and costumer service has always been great. I don’t see myself ever using another company. I sound so excited right now because I literally just opened the box to another book I received, and it’s taking the book out of the box and be amazed at seeing it in real life, there’s nothing like seeing photos presented in such stunning quality. The large hard cover book is particularly impressive.

Apalling customer service for UK customers. The support team is based in San Francisco on the US West coast with an eight-hour time difference which delays responses to European customers. Why can't they have a European customer support team to help when things go wrong?
