First black view I brought was good,till I broke the screen,my fault,so I brought a more expensive one,,,what a piece of crap,,in two months it's all over the shop,screen turns orange,switch's of by itself,then flashs black view constantly then when I finally turns on just does all sorts of weird stuff,with some small messages on top of the screen,half the time when it does work, doesn't ring often,changes settings,does my head it,,going brand name,never again

I ordered Blackview DCM6 on February 14, 2026 (Order #PO50763, 1,798 DKK). 49 days later — no parcel, no refund. Tracking 4PX3002524921547CN dead since March 3. Danish carrier DAO confirmed they never physically received it. I contacted support multiple times via chat and email. No resolution. This is unacceptable for a company selling to EU customers.

I had a very disappointing experience with Blackview customer support.After contacting support about an issue with my device, communication stopped completely once the case reached the customer support manager (Canthy). Multiple follow-up emails requesting escalation were ignored.I also dealt with Joanna, a sales manager, whose responses were dismissive and unhelpful. She refused to escalate the issue and the communication was unprofessional.For Australian buyers, it is also worth checking network compatibility carefully, as some users have reported issues with certain Blackview devices maintaining VoLTE connectivity on Australian networks.Unfortunately, due to the lack of support and unresolved concerns, I would hesitate to purchase from Blackview again.

I purchased a Blackview N6000 Phone some time ago. It's software is out of date and it comes with a lot of bloatware/malware. I accept that, can remove those and it's otherwise OK.I have started receiving advertisements from the preinstalled applications that I cannot remove through the normal Android interface, nor via ADB. I do not care for "sparktube dramas", "redeeming Amazon giftcards for points", and whatever else they deem to send my way.Another thing to consider is that there is no way to to purchase spare parts for this phone. While it may be a durable phone (Except for the parts I've glued back together), once it's broken you are completely out of luck.Just buy a cheap Oppo or Samsung device and get a case + screen protector. You'll have a better experience for the same cost.

Do not buy a black view, if you want to look in your gallery of photos random publicity videos jump up and won't switch off,realy loud music so can make you jump you have to try to get out of gallery switch off then on again it takes so long to go from one photo to the next like this, if you accidentally swipe too fast up or down on an app the phone says turn off app and blocks till you turn it off and on again, if the battery gos dead you charge and turn on a notice says phone is corrupt and can't be trusted,I learnt how to factory reset to get back in but this can take 10 minutes! You type and the keyboard bugs and takes ages to spell,if it goes too fast again it says close app and bugs till you close then re open! When someone calls it won't show you the respond button till the person has hung up, if you click on Facebook it opens Instagram,then 3 other apps before finally opening the one you chose, the screen bugs and leaves half a screen of advertising and your home screen, the clock gets stuck on the last time you opened you phone so when you look at the time it's not the real time and takes a while to adjust,At this point I'm ready to use a cup on a piece of string for communication! This phone is new 2 months ago,it's going in the bin next month and I will be going back to Redmi

I am extremely disappointed. I bought a brand new Blackview Xplore 2 and after only 3 days of use, the 50MP main camera and the flashlight are DEAD. The Engineer Mode (##87##) confirms a RED FAIL for the hardware sensor.This is my SECOND Blackview device in a row with hardware issues. I have already spent over 100 Euros in international shipping fees just to handle these faulty units. Including the device, my total investment is over 550 Euros, and I have a paperweight.I am a technical user and I use this as my work tool. I refuse any local repair because opening the device will destroy the IP68/IP69K water resistance. I expect Blackview to take responsibility for this DOA case and send a replacement unit immediately. I have already sent video proof to the support team. Do not ignore your loyal customers!

Have had a BV5200 Pro for two or three years now. It's my second Blackview - the first is still doing hard yards on my bike as a navigation device - had to change because the Android version 7 it runs wasn't secure for banking apps.The first one had a problem with the microphone early on, but the unit was exchanged and has been fine since. The current BV5200 has worked very well, but again the updates don't come so I'm retiring it soon and have ordered another Blackview (a BV8200). The BV5200 Pro has a couple of small software glitches, but they only surface occasionally and it otherwise works perfectly, although the camera isn't at its best in low light. For the money, these phones are tough and work well and I am looking forward to using the next one, especially if the camera is better.

I've never been able to get my new Blackview explorer 2 to accept my location settings as always on, I've contacted them multiple times (well tried) after 20 minutes the helpline number goes to the answer phone, they don't respond. The phone itself is great for battery life and satellite when out in the sticks but I need my apps to work. 360° app I need working 24/7 same with my blink camera app. The others are not so important but they should work.In my town we have a few phone shops and I've offered them money if they can sort out the problem. No luck with anything... I purchased direct from blackview. Be careful if you are thinking of purchasing one of these, it's a very expensive USB charger/MP3 player (sound is good)I would have liked to be able to write a good review but sadly it has let me down and out of pocket.

Purchased blackview mega2 seven months ago now battery not lasting more than a few hours.Ghave 2 year warranty but that is useless as they don't respond to my emails or online questionsSo 0 stars absolute rubbish company and after sales none existentDONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS RUBBISH!!!!!!!!
