This company is terrible my 2in 1 vac never worked the day I got it no steam and leaked water trying to return it and get a refund and there making it extremely difficult now it’s past my 30 day money back and they get back to me stating I didn’t purchase from an actual bissell site lol I can assure them it was.. anyway the products are crap including the upholstery cleaner wish I had got he shark waste of money and would not recommend any product or the headache the company gives u with all the excuses and an email full with ways to fix it your self and none of them work joke of a company worst ever

We own a Bissell Little Green Pet Pro Portable machine. It's a nice little portable cleaning machine for the inevitable messes one of our five pets leaves around the house. I broke the end of the hose off a few months ago because I am apparently too strong for the machine? I digress. I needed to replace the entire hose to fix this issue, which required a fair amount of sleuthing on Bissell's website. I ordered the hose (order number 102568401) and waited to install it when the next mess appeared, which was a couple of months later. Unfortunately, I realized I ordered the incorrect hose. I got back online, ordered the correct hose (order number 103430919) and then sent the customer care team a note, asking where I should return the original hose, as it was of no use to me and I believed it was wasteful to toss it in the trash. The response I got back was almost comical. They clearly use AI for their responses. "Thank you very much for contacting us here at BISSELL. My name is Nora, and I am so very sorry to learn that you previously ordered the incorrect hose for your BISSELL product and just realized that it was not the correct part. I will be happy to assist you with your inquiry and provide the information you need. Allow me to inform you that the 30-day money-back guarantee for that item has expired; therefore, we cannot proceed to have you return it for a refund. I do understand that it would be a waste to throw it out . I do hope the information provided will be of help to you. Should further assistance be needed, please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you. Have a great rest of the morning."Nowhere in my email to them did I ask for a refund. I simply asked where I could return the unused part. I replied to Nora, who obvioulsy cannot do anything but use AI and asked her for an address to send the unused part to and she offered me a discount on my next purchase. I then replied and send, "Why don't you simply give me a partial refund on the hose I just ordered as the replacement for the incorrect one?" Nora continued to tell me that a refund was not possible (once again, I never asked for one) and that she could not provide me with a retunr label (I never asked for one).The absurdity of Bissell's customer care is comical. I can see why Bissell does not publish a Sustainability Report. LOL

Years ago I had great luck with a BISSELL steam cleaner for the carpet in my home and was most happy how great it kept my carpets looking like new.I was about to purchase tropical upholstery to recover my cane bamboo dinning chairs that would have cost me right at $1000.00 for the fabric and cost to have them reupholstered.I had already called the company that covered them in 2012 , at that time JOANN FABRIC had a great sale and I had them covered for $550. When looking on line for something all together different, I see the LITTLE GREEN BISSELL advertised, went to TRUSTPIOLET and YOUTUBE for reveiws, they were all very good and highley rated.For right at $100. dollars I ordered one and it came today.I read the instruction booklet the came with my BISSELL and cleaned my chairs,this little machine was much much better than I had expected, my chairs look like new and save me $900. I wish I could give more stars.

Extremely poor customer service.Spent hours trying to order part. CS ordered the wrong part. Spent 4 hours this am trying to return it and get correct part. Finally gave up after being sent from AI to AI chat. Finally gave up. Will not buy Bissell again.

We've been through three different models in two years each has been worse then the one before. I will never buy a Bissell product again. Period.

They are so bad, the cleaner doesn’t clean, and it doesn’t pick up excess water, it is a useless cleaner. I have to get the mop to clean up the streaks it leaves behind. Their help and customer service are no good, just a machine that says thank you for getting in touch. They are the worse for help.DO NOT waste your money on.

Purchased a Turbo Pet Eraser vac in 2022. It has been a good machine with excellent suction until about a week ago. My husband noted poor suction and it smelled hot. We removed a clog and made sure the filters were clean. The unit is supposed to have a thermal protection that shuts it down to keep from damaging the motor. After turning it off and going through the trouble shooting, it would not start. I looked it up and it had a 5 year warranty. I really thought about just discarding it, but I contacted customer support. The procedure did take about 30 minutes online as they made me walk through trouble-shooting steps ( most of which I had already done). Initially they were going to have me send it for repairs, but I guess there wasn't a center close enough for that to be cost-effective, so the rep came back and said they would send me a new machine. To my surprise, it arrived the very next day.

I just tried the Bissell Crosswave. It doesn't clean carpets, it literally skips the surface. It doesn't suck up anything, stains don't even get touched. I have a video that shows it's absolutely useless. We paid over 100 dollars for this and we only have one bedroom with carpet. I can't return back to Walmart because I used it. Literally just threw money away.

Customer support trash in my opinion can't understand basic English.Very rude,unprofessional my opinion only bissell doesn't back up their products Customer support equals no support my experience only.
