iI ordered some spare parts for my…
I ordered some spare parts for my Niner over a month ago. Unfortunately the wrong part, so called them and explained the matter. I did what I was told to do and wrote another mail to the owner. I never heard from the company again. They don’t answer emails. Shitty company who kept my money!!!! Keep your money and buy in another store, This is the worst scamcompany ever!!!!

Follow-up review
Follow-up review: Kerry at Bike Bling followed through after the sale to tweak a couple components that were not quite what I wanted in the original Pinarello X9 build. He worked with me over a couple month span to get everything in order which I think was warranted due to the price of the bike. I have been riding it for over a month now and have almost 500 miles on it. I really like the ride and the looks of the bike. I would recommend buying a Pinarello from Kerry if you don't have a local shop that carries the brand, which would be most everyone in the US since not many shops carry them. He went the extra mile to make up for not being local and although the process took a bit longer due to shipping, he covered all the bases and saw the process through to the end.

FAKE STORE
OK folks, here's the deal with this company. They don't seem to own items advertised on their website as in stock. They're one of the many "Picture" companies. They receive the order and then purchase the item themselves before shipping it to you. You'll get it, but may take 3 weeks or longer. How do I know: the box UPC on the first item I ordered is from another store! First item I ordered took 3 weeks (after I complained repeatedly) and is missing parts, the second one, (AND LAST) is going on 19 days and counting.... They also have these idiotic rules and threats about returns, shipping fees, restock fees, and penalties all indications they don't want you to return any items 'cause they will be stuck with them.

Ordered item shown as "in stock" on…
Ordered item shown as "in stock" on website and was charged for purchase. 3 weeks after ordering and not receiving item, I called to check on order status and was told item was actually not in stock and was backordered.

Takes weeks to even say the order got…d
Takes weeks to even say the order got shipped but the tracking still says it hasn’t been shipped. Paid expensive shipping costs for an item that was supposed to have free shipping. And it still hasn’t shipped meanwhile everything I ordered after from rei and ebay got here a few days ago. Free shipping. You can get better stuff for less money elsewhere . Why I am actually writing this review is the owner called me and said he has 15 families to feed and offered me a discount or gift card not to write a review. I just wanted free shipping like the website said while I was cashing out and to actually recieve the items I bought and paid extra for shipping when it said it was free. I don’t want to talk to the nasty owner that doesn’t care about me when I’m giving them money. I don’t want the nasty owner to call me to benefit himself. I want no decent person to business with a company that lies about their discounts and I want them to be poor and homeless like all the good people are. Make it fair.

Order received - no issues
I was hesitant to make a purchase online based on mixed reviews however I ordered a battery from their website, sent an email after making the purchase (asking a question) and received a same day response, AND my product arrived within a week of purchase. So at this time I would recommend the company and had a good experience.

I was a little skeptical ordering a bike online. Read some reviews and most were good but not all were great. I called first and immediately spoke to a real person. I inquired about an Orbea Occam M30. The price was $1500 cheaper than I found anywhere else. They let me know they had it in stock. I asked how long to to get the bike, this was Monday. I was told off I ordered it in the next hour and a half I would have it on Thursday. They are in California and I’m in Colorado. I took a chance. It was at my house on Thursday morning exactly as I ordered in perfect condition! I was thrilled with their service and would gladly do business with them again.
