Very informative on aids to losing…
Very informative on aids to losing weight but I just want to see how I do with the fasting first.

Don't waste your money
I declined all of the add ons which were not explained before I signed up. So I don't know what they would have added to the experience apart from a lot more expense. You could do the basics perfectly well without the app, just choose how long your fast /eating windows are (in my case 17/7 hours) and restrict your calories to 1200.

Misleading and dishonost
Misleading. The way they set up the subscriptions makes it near impossible to figure out what's going on. This is an electronic product so fees cancelling is just dishonest. It's difficult to figure out how to even log in since they hide it on their website. It's also not paid through any app stores so you can't check through them to make sure everything is actually cancelled. The app isn't anything special, and is not at all worth what they want to charge

This is a scam
This is a scam. Pls don’t join if you are thinking of it. They have posted a few recipes and exercises on their app, which does not cater for some people, even though you indicate the challenges up front. Now that I have requested a refund, it’s not possible.
