Didn't think that there could be a online slot that was WORSE than BetRivers but I think I found it!! HORRIBLE PLACE TO GAMBLE!! stay away from this place THIEVES!??

BetMGM slots are the worse Casino slots offered(You will never ever win anything but a couple dollars)
The slots are horrible. $2500 deposited gone in less then 15 20 minutes. Biggest amount won $180. Zero bonus features or any kind. No more than $10 $25 dollars returned. A total return of $348 off $2500. If you want to know what a horrible scamming greedy company BetMGM is. Yesterday $9,900 total deposited. Each deposit lasted less then 10 minutes. 3 bonuses spins. Biggest win two times of $1,000. Everything else less than $40. Total return $3,000. That’s different deposits all in a hour maybe 2 hours playing. And that’s not 2 straight hours. No deposit last long, you won’t win anything. The slots are horrible. Delete/ close your account immediately. BetMGM is a Fraud. You have been warned. I’m done. Gold member gets you $50 casino bonus every 3 months after you spend $50,000. Oh and it has to be wagered 10x. So $500 to even withdraw it. STAY AWAY FROM BETMGM SLOTS!!!

Bet MGM offers bonuses but if you win they don’t payout the bonus. I won a $75 bonus bet and it should have paid out $112 but they said since they didn’t settle the bet until the bonus deadline was over they were pulling back the bonus and only paid me $37 although I haven’t received it yet and won’t for 24 to 48 hours. This is a total scam. Don’t use Bet MGM, it’s worse than using a Chinese bet site, slow pay and bogus bonuses. I wouldn’t even leave 1 star but I want everyone to know what a scam.

Complete scamers my account waa fully verifyed i make a deposite the second it went threw they locked my accojnt said ant winnings will be confinscated and ghat im no longer allowed there and they said there not telling me why ...been days and fhey still have not returned my deposite worst casino by far

Stay far away from betmgm!
I rarely leave reviews, but this needs to be said clearly - AVOID BETMGM.I’ve now experienced multiple serious issues with their platform, and this latest one was the final straw. During a live match, they suspended all markets for over 30 minutes, completely blocking any ability to manage my bet or cash out. Meanwhile, every other bookmakers had the exact same markets fully open and functioning the entire time.When they eventually reopened the market, they were happy to accept new bets - but still refused to let me cash out, despite clearly displaying a valid cash out value of £168. So they’ll take money on the same market, but won’t let existing customers exit their positions? That’s not just poor service - it raises serious questions about their fairness and integrity.What makes this worse is the support. Slow, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. You only ever get rude, lazy, generic responses that don’t address the issue, and never any accountability. It feels like they are only trained to deflect rather than resolve.This isn’t a one off either. I’ve personally had 5–6 issues of a similar nature, and after speaking with 20+ other customers, it’s clear this is a recurring pattern. People are experiencing the same problems: suspended markets at convenient times, blocked cash outs, and zero meaningful support.At this point, it’s extremely hard not to question whether this is deliberate behaviour rather than incompetence.There are plenty of reputable bookmakers out there that operate fairly and transparently - this is not one of them. Save yourself the frustration and take your money elsewhere.

Holding winnings hostage
Holding winnings hostage. I have been attempting to withdraw my winnings. Nothing but the runaround after communicating with 7 reps and receiving 8 emails from the Operations staff saying everything has been corrected. I have a ticket open from 3/21 and still no progress at all.They have accepted $100s in deposits but will not allow me to withdraw to the same account!!Looking at all the other reviews, it seems like this is a common issue with BetMGM, Borgata...etc.I even sent an email to the CCO of BetMGM but, surprise, surprise, I did not receive a response. No wonder their Customer Support is so bad!

Did not honor refer a friend bonus. Do not give them your money. Their system glitched and they have no way to remedy the situation. If they will not honor this then who knows what else they will not honor.

You're Not Crazy About Low RTP
I played on BetMGM Ontario for 6 months and wagered close to $1,000,000 before deciding to self-exclude and stop gambling for good. Here's what I wish I'd known.If you feel like certain games are paying out far less than they should, you're not crazy. BetMGM does not display RTP (Return to Player) information for many of their games before you play. What makes this worse is that developers like Nolimit City offer multiple versions of the same game at different RTPs — and BetMGM chooses which version to run without telling you. You could be playing a version significantly below the advertised rate and have no way of knowing.Here are four of my most-played games and what they actually returned:• Brute Force: Alien Onslaught — 7,228 spins, 77.5% RTP, -$4,036• Wanted Dead or a Wild — 2,438 spins, 47.3% RTP, -$4,032• Valhall Gold — 15,931 spins, 84.9% RTP, -$3,599• Blood and Shadow 2 — 12,199 spins, 83.8% RTP, -$3,088When I raised the RTP disclosure issue directly with BetMGM support I received a copy-paste response declining any goodwill gesture. No acknowledgment of the concern, no explanation, nothing.
