Very Good Quality!
I just placed my second order with Best Value Copy. I was beyond pleased with my first order - the colors were vibrant, the cover stock was the perfect weight. Highly recommend!

Messed up order they refuse to fix.
I placed an order for two manuals to be printed with front and rear covers along with wire binding. They sent me loose pages with no covers and no binding. They're solution, give me a refund on the binding, nothing on the covers they failed to provide, and a 15% discount on the rest of the order.Sadly, the entire order is useless. If I needed loose pages I would have printed it myself, the whole point was for it to be bound and have nice covers.I'm now forced to go to a local print shop and pay for a rush order as I need to present what I ordered on Monday (It's currently Friday). So I'm out the money I spent with Best Value Copy plus the money I now need to spend locally.I won't be ordering from Best Value Copy again.

I would give more than 5 stars if…
I would give more than 5 stars if possible. I ordered copies to make rosters for an organization. I made a mistake when I put in the details of my order and paid double when I placed the order on-line. Best Value noticed the error, contacted me to let me know and immediately refunded the difference. The job was done quickly. The quality was excellent. When I finished my project, I even had a couple of copies left over. I will definitely be using Best Value Copy for all of my copy needs in the future.

Best Decision - Saving me time and money
Wow! I am truly impressed. I ordered 2100 copies and a few days later they were on my doorstep. I received shipping updates throughout the process. My copies were organized and shipped with care. I contacted customer service with a question and they promptly responded. This was the best decision I could make by avoiding the typical Office Depot retailers. I highly recommend Best Value Copy and will continue to use their services.

Great customer service and great value
Best Value truly has the best value compared to other websites. The entire process was easy. I had some questions when selecting my project and they answered the phone right away, walked me through the process. They communicated with me from beginning to end. Shipping was fast, and finished product was exactly what I needed. Customer service was great, will definitely be using them again.

Really fair value and quick shipping
Really fair value and quick shipping. There was initially a lot of back-and-forth on the files that I sent, which caused some delays and required a lot of communication through email. Once we got everything finalized, it came out great.

Came through in a pinch!
I was in a pinch, needing hundreds of flyers printed out for a school fundraiser in less than two weeks. After initially researching local brick and mortar, big box office supply stores, I was able to reduce costs 50% by ordering digitally through Best Value. Quality exceeded expectations as well.

Great prices and quality, good web interface too.
The website is clear and easy to use. The prices are upfront with no need to upload files in order to see what you need. The prints arrived quickly and were much higher quality than I expected! Finally, the pricing is great. Great company.
