Belkin’s checkout merged my address

Belkin’s checkout merged my address, support refused to fix itReview: I placed an order on Belkin’s UK website and their checkout system merged two completely different addresses into one. I noticed immediately and contacted support within two hours to correct it.After waiting 1.5 hours in the chat queue, the agent stalled for over 20 minutes, then told me the order was already “picked” and they “cannot change the address” — even though the incorrect address was caused by their own system. They refused to correct it, refused to escalate it, and told me to “contact DHL myself”, even though DHL won’t take instructions from the recipient until the parcel is in their system.I also tried calling their support line and waited another 1.5 hours, only to reach someone I could barely understand who also couldn’t help.Belkin’s website created the problem, and their support refused to fix it. Now I have to wait for the parcel to be returned to sender before they will even consider a refund.This is unacceptable service from a major brand. Customers deserve better than broken checkout systems, long queues, and support agents who can’t resolve basic issues.

4 power banks from Belkin have started…

AVOID, AVOID- FIRE RISK HAZARD4 power banks from Belkin have started overheating, smelling like fire. Advised Belkin of this. At first I didn’t get a reply until after two weeks of reporting this so disposed of the items properly as I couldn’t risk them being in my house with 2 young kids. I have provided my invoice from Amazon and they are refusing to replace these, advised these were a fire hazard and nothing further has been done. As Belkin have now started ignoring me, I have started reporting this further. A report has been made to the CPCS and further reports will be made about Berlin’s unprofessional correspondence. Would never buy a Belkin product again, no customer service and by the sounds of it they are happy for a customer to have a product which is a fire risk hazard!Avoid, avoid, avoid and if you have the BPB024 please return the item! I don’t trust that Belkin have advised people of this issue.Obviously a manufacturing problem if all 4 of my power banks are like this.Last correspondence from them was the 24th of Feb and I have had nothing since..

iPhone Screen Protector Review: Avoid Company and Products at All Cost

I bought my screen protector directly from Apple. Super overpriced but figured unlimited warranty so why not. It is unbelievable that Apple associates itself with this company/product. Everything about dealing with this company is terrible. Their screen protector broke almost immediately with no major drop or incident. When going to get a replacement you have to have all of the original information when you purchased the product to be eligible (which I had), I then had to submit multiple support cases until every couple of days until they finally approved one for whatever reason, once they approved the replacement I had to pay $10 for shipping which seems like completely false advertisement on a “free” replacement.I pay the $10 fill out all my information, and wait for my product to ship. A few days following I get an email from Belkin saying that I need to confirm my address, I confirm my address, I get another email from Belkin asking to confirm my address, I confirm it again, I then get another email saying that my shipment is confirmed asking for a final address confirmation with an attached address that is clearly some failed AI attempt at copying my multiple clear verifications. I am now 8th in a support queue on a Thursday night where I haven’t moved in 20 mins.Avoid this company and its products at all cost.

The Apple Store should have not recommended this product.If i knew there is no customer service at all, i won't take this product.No email to be contacted. The new display for my new Iphone 17 will take 4 to 6 weeks to be sent.They are selling rubbish.

BELKIN SCREEN PROTECTORDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYI purchased screen in October 2025. It got cracked last week since then I have been trying to get it replaced. I have spent an hour on the phone with Apple trying to submit the information BUT it will NOT take the photos they require.The form takes about 20 minutes to fill out and after that IT WILL NOT ACCEPT THE SIZE OF THE PHOTO. WE HAVE TRIED SEVERAL WAYS to compress the files.Now i am trying to talk to BELKIN and so far I have some Asian women with a strong accent who refusing to pass me onto a supervisor.Totally useless unhelpful company who obviously just want your money but do NOT back up their product. I WILL NEVER BUY BELKIN AGAIN.This piece of junk cost $39.95 and their SERVICE IS CRAP.

Scammed!

I submitted the warranty replacement request for a screen protector ages ago but still here waiting to hear back. I just received an email saying the item is yet to be dispatched and no updates since then.I honestly feel like I’ve been scammed by both the Apple Store that recommended this product as well as the company that is not honouring their warranty policy.

Belkin turned off wemo app support without contacting users

So Belkin have turned off app support for the Wemo products at end of Jan 2026. That is Rubbish treatment of customers because doing this without contacting customers by email to warn us in advance, when the app relied on the customer providing our email address for login credentials.Seems arrogant and dissmissive. They used to be my preferred brand for lots of kit, but i won't be buying anything else!

Beklkin (WEMO) - a failure of a company!

A few years ago I purchased over 10 WEMO devices for my home. It was a rough ride with this company over the years and I see they finally deserted the smart plug market. Probably cost me ~$3,000, between purchase, installation, repurchase and reinstallation. Will go out of my way NOT to purchase ANY product with the Belklin name on it in the future!

I will never purchase anything from belkin again . I purchased a SMART DIMMER FOR over $100 ,for them to up and decide supporting their product isn't is not worth their time. I will be sure and tell everyone l
