Returns are a headache and quality is subpar
I own a few short term rentals and gave these a try. Never again. They messed up my order, shipping was late and then the quality of the product is subpar. I contacted them right away about a return and they want me to pay return shipping plus a $9.99 restocking fee per item. Nope, Don't do it. Disappointed in the products and customer service.

Finally better sleep
My product came perfectly secured through shipping, perfectly wrapped as I opened it. I ordered this almost a month ago and havd been sleeping better then I ever have since I cannot afford a new mattress.

Bedsure never disappoints!
I’ve been using Bedsure bedding for a couple weeks now and it’s been great. Love the Bamboo Sheet Set! Super silky, smooth, and cool to the touch. So comfortable.

An awful experience
I ordered the Bedsure 2-in-1 comforter. This comforter set is supposed to include 2 pillowcases, 2 shams, a blanket, and a comforter that the blanket can connect to. When the shipment arrived, only the blanket part and 2 shams were in the package. I contacted customer service by phone, but that person had to transfer it to someone who would email. When someone emailed me they asked me to take a bunch of pictures (of what I received, of the tag on the comforter, of the package it was shipped in). After I did all that, they offered me a 50% refund. I said no to the 50% refund, so they gave me a phone number to call Amazon (Amazon had shipped the package, but I had ordered it from the Bedsure website). I called Amazon but they couldn’t help me because the order wasn’t connected to my Amazon account and I was not provided with an Amazon order number (they couldn’t use the Bedsure order number). I had to email Bedsure AGAIN and they finally offered a full refund. So I never got to try the full product and had to spend days emailing back and forth and calling Amazon. This experience was atrocious and I would definitely not recommend purchasing from this company.

I ordered the heated mattress pad for…
I ordered the heated mattress pad for my spouse. I tracked it on my shop app. It arrived faster than I thought it would. It’s great, but I could feel the wires. We do have a cushioned mattress pad that made that issue non-existent.

it was a great blanket
it was a great blanket, ive bought multiple, they last a very long time ive had one blanekt for 4 years. and my new one seems to be of the same quality. So i would definitely reccomend it.I bought these last march in 2021 and yesterday in february 2026
