Great product and experience so far. I’ve had this for a couple years now. I find I prefer to use it in the winter months to warm up. I also have the chillipad, which was my preference for the summer (despite some discomfort with it.)

I wished this PowerLayer Adjustable Bed Frame product existed to enhance a murphy bed we have down all the time. When i found this product I realized this is exactly what I needed. It fit and works perfectly, is quiet and compact and was easy to install.

I literally NEVER leave reviews for items, but BedJet has changed my sleep for the better! I’m in my early 40s and experienced severe night sweats 4-5 nights a week. I’d have to get a towel to lay on until I could wash my sheets the next morning. Enter BedJet. Within a few nights I had figured out what settings worked best for me with the Biorhythm function (dry is my best friend!), and I haven’t had an episode like I did before in a month! I also love the turbo mode, to warm up the bed before getting in. The unit is very quiet, and the little bit of noise it does have is the perfect amount of white noise. I can’t say enough about this product and how it’s allowed me to get a full nights rest without waking up in a pool of sweat. Highly recommend, especially for perimenopausal women!!!

Lost power and now the remote is no longer synced to the bedjet. On the remote it says to press the pairing button on the bedjet, of course, there is no single button on the bedjet called "pairing". You have to search how to enter "pairing" mode. How frustrating that manufacturers make simple things so complicated...

Poor customer service after product didn’t last a year. A warranty isn’t worth much if you can’t get in touch.

After my cancer diagnosis, I purchased a Bedjet and it has truly been a game changer. I tend to feel cold often and having the heated airflow in my bed age night has made a remarkable difference in my comfort and sleep. The product stopped working about two years after purchase. We reached out to customer service and they promptly sent us a new one after troubleshooting the one that wasn’t working. Customer service was very prompt and professional, and we received the new product within three days. Great customer service!!

I received my BedJet on Monday and hooked it up, but unfortunately the heater unit wasn’t functioning. I waited until the next day to write their customer support, and never have I had better results than in a couple of emails with Tim McCarthy, their Director of Customer Experience. Today is Friday, I received my replacement BedJet, and it works perfectly. All I had to do was grab the serial number for the first unit and the replacement was shipped priority. How refreshing to not have to worry about technical or shipping details… Tim took care of us, and if every company had this kind of customer appreciation, we’d be living in a much nicer world.

I've had a Bedjet for nearly 10 years. I just purchased my third sheet. Up until I bought the new and improved third sheet, I loved my Bedjet. Now, with the new sheet, I'm waking up all night tossing and turning because I'm super hot. I no longer feel the air moving under the sheet. My feet are no longer getting cold. Nothing has changed except for the sheet. I just called customer service asking if the design had changed. I was told no. They said that the material (thread count) is the only thing that has changed. I explained my current experience with the product- TERRIBLE/not sleeping because I'm hot/tossing and turning all night, and they said- "Sorry- don't know what to tell you." I said, "if the design has not changed, could it be that I have a defective sheet?" I was told that it was not possible for me to have a defective sheet. (Not sure how any manufacturer could claim that they have zero defects, but this man did.)Something has most definitely changed. If this is the new Bedjet (sheet is the main issue for me), DO NOT BUY! You will not be happy.
