Excellent service in Beaverbrooks
The staff greeted us in a friendly manner as we walked into the shop and politely asked if they could help us. We were shown to a comfy seat and offered what turned out to be a very tasty cup of coffee. While we were drinking our coffee the staff went to fetch the ring we had ordered and brought it our for me to try on. Since they had measured my ring size at the time of ordering the ring fitted perfectly, so we were able to complete the purchase of my new, beautiful ring swiftly and easily. From start to finish, the process of trying on several different rings to help me choose the one I liked through ordering to completion of the purchase the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and if anyone else is looking for a special piece of jewellery I would gladly recommend Beaverbrooks.

Delivery dates wrong but otherwise good
Website says order by 5pm for 2 day delivery so when I ordered it said it would arrive within the next two days. Ordered on fri and recieved the following Thursday. Otherwise all good.
