I usually buy a very expensive hair…
I usually buy a very expensive hair extension brand who are amazing. I decided to go with beauty works clip ins as a bit cheaper and had good reviews. The hair I got is the worse hair Iv ever purchased. Very shiny cheap hair. It’s meant to be real but doesn’t feel real. I won’t be buying again.

After receiving hair from beauty works…
After receiving hair from beauty works was really upset and frustrated as the quilty it’s not great lately but I must say customer service was. Absolutely outstanding helping me out and sending few swatches to help choose my colour ! Thank you again for your help today.

Ordered the molly Mae Swiss blonde that I’ve been waiting to come back in stock for ages, after ordering the sample the colour in the packs is a lot more yellow than white, the sample was more of a white blonde. Absolutely gutted. Should’ve got another shade to blend it to be more as it’s not as bright blonde like the sample and photos on the website. I’ve been a beauty works customer for years and years and lately I’m not having much luck with shades and it lasting.

When I received my gift set, one of the items was smashed so I contacted customer services and Paige couldn’t have been more helpful. She sent me out not only the item that was faulty but also a free gift. I am very grateful and happy with the customer service I received.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, caring and supportive and solving issues instantly - I had an issue with courier and Paige has immediately stepped in and solved it even though this was on the couriers end. The team made sure I have my order regardless. Great team and exceptional care, thank you all!

Not as good as they were
Used beauty works for years and the quality is not as good as it used to be … the hair breaks off very easy when brushing …. Can’t reply to the beauty works reply but no I have received no email or phone call and i tried to message the email below and came up message blocked
