Ignored, No Refund, Then Suddenly “Back”
Returned an item and the experience was awful from start to finish. Even before they went into administration, customer service was already terrible - I had to chase multiple times and practically beg just to get a returns label because my emails were being ignored.After returning the item, I then heard nothing for weeks about my refund. Eventually I was told I wouldn’t be refunded due to them going into administration and would have to go through a long claims process instead.In the end I had to go through my bank just to get my money back.Funny how they’ve managed to come back so quickly and be active again, but couldn’t handle basic customer service or refunds when it actually mattered. Customers like me were just left ignored and out of pocket.Wouldn’t trust ordering from them again - I wouldn’t want my money going towards a company that doesn’t respect its customers.

Administration
For those who don't know. This retailer had been in administration, and it looked like some international company is gonna buy it. Same experiences like other users', no costumer service as they has been in this unfortunately status.

I would like to file a complaint regarding my order from Beauty Bay.I placed an order through the Beauty Bay website and paid for it, but the website is now closed and I have not received any update about my order. I also cannot access my account or track the shipment.I attempted to contact customer service but have not received a response.I am requesting an immediate update about my order or a full refund for the amount I paid.Order number:(C83C-1AA0-GEPG-R)Order date: (10February) If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate the complaint through my bank and consumer protection channels.Thank you.

Abysmal customer service
My item didn’t arrive on the 5th Feb, I corresponded with beautybay who now haven’t responded since 16th February, 21 days ago! Absolutely disgusting customer service, I am an item and £70 down with nothing to show for it

I have not received my order EVER
I have not received my order EVER. In fact i got a notification that said there was an issue with it but i never got the refund of 50€. When i emailed i got no response.
